I thought I chose a calm type...
After drinking it, it seems calm to me.
However, my father-in-law did not feel that way.
He said that Tanaka Shuzo's (Otaru) Kita no Issei (Junmai Ginjo) would be a better match for Osechi.
It is true that Kitano-Ichiboshi has a refreshing taste.
It also has a calmness from the fire-roasting process.
I prefer this one (Kamokin), but...
It's a nama-shu, but the fruity taste is moderate.
It is moderately full-bodied. Slight bitterness and alcohol taste that follows.
I have the impression that this sake is a strong ally of the sake bar.... It is true, but....
