The one that was given to me as a gift. ← I got it a long time ago. I'm glad because I was curious about it. The color has a sense of maturity... One bite. Whoa! A unique acidity comes, followed by a slight sense of maturity. It does not have the mellow heaviness that is often found in aged wines. The label says "a refreshing throat sensation with lots of citric acidity," and it is true. It is unique! This will be enjoyable for a long time. I may drink it lazily over a few months 🤣.

It's been a while since I opened the bottle! And it's not supposed to be a draft sake... I put newspaper under it because it's takoyaki. Shuwa shuwa~! And it's not fruity! They cut it with a bashful, and a little bit of sweetness comes at the end! And a hint of alcohol... Toichi is good after all!

I thought I chose a calm type... After drinking it, it seems calm to me. However, my father-in-law did not feel that way. He said that Tanaka Shuzo's (Otaru) Kita no Issei (Junmai Ginjo) would be a better match for Osechi. It is true that Kitano-Ichiboshi has a refreshing taste. It also has a calmness from the fire-roasting process. I prefer this one (Kamokin), but... It's a nama-shu, but the fruity taste is moderate. It is moderately full-bodied. Slight bitterness and alcohol taste that follows. I have the impression that this sake is a strong ally of the sake bar.... It is true, but.... I'm drinking it again today (2nd), and I still like it. It is a delicious sake!

Unusually sweet sake on New Year's Eve. But today... This acidity went very well together. I didn't drink a whole bottle, but it was just right. Everyone was satisfied. This is the first alcohol I've had since I got the flu at Christmas. Did it suit my condition? It has a good concentration, Sweet but with a crisp aftertaste due to the carbonation and acidity. Of course, it is not refreshing, but it lingers in a good way. I am full in many ways. After all, there is an effect on the way I feel. I want to face drinking with my physical and mental condition flat. Will you take a break from drinking for a while after New Year's? But I will probably drink until April or so. Even if I do drink, I will be in good shape.
