A unique acidity comes, followed by a slight sense of maturity.
It does not have the mellow heaviness that is often found in aged wines.
The label says "a refreshing throat sensation with lots of citric acidity," and it is true.
It is unique!
This will be enjoyable for a long time.
I may drink it lazily over a few months 🤣.
