Seeking a refreshing system. The first sip has a gassy, fluffy aroma, umami and a hint of sweetness. From the second sip, gasiness, spiciness and bitterness come in! Nice, nice, nice! It goes well with kiriboshi-daikon (dried radish)! I can't help the price increase and I think it's cosy enough, but it's over 2,000 yen!

After the wine in the photo, I drank Michizakura. It's sake, after all! Of course, lowbrow wine was delicious. But it's a matter of taste. The taste is complex, not boring, with a bitter, egret-y taste that follows closely behind and leaves a crisp, clean aftertaste. However, the bottle of Michizakura was quickly emptied. Is it a matter of my preconceived notions? Is it that I am too much influenced by the price? Did I drink too much even though I am not a strong drinker?

I wanted to drink something spectacular. All I had in the fridge was a lot of cottage cheese. By the way, I don't know if this is a regular lineup or a limited edition. Expecting the usual Sharaku, I took a bite. Whoa! Modest to disappoint! → What did you expect? But this is about as good as it gets! It's not too sweet, it's crisp, and a strong bitterness chases you from the first sip! Isn't it great? By the way, buy another one for the glamorous ones. Crazy Milk of Hida on label COMPLEX heavy, from CRAZY! I don't understand English, but I'm writing English. Aside from that. Complex, massive! How long has there been no more alcohol in the fridge? Treat yourself to dinner: 🙏🏻 A hokke with a good amount of fat on it. I've never seen hokke that big. I match it with the hokke. Anyway, I want to make it clear. No, it's refreshing. But you can feel the sake-like character. If you feel this is an orthodox sake, then I guess the sake you were drinking was biased. I can't even remember when I last uploaded it anymore. And I'm still drinking the liquor I opened at the end of the year (*correctly, I haven't been drinking nearly as much lately). Sake? Sure, it's good, right? But regular sake? I'm very sorry that I thought that. I'm swinging to that kind of genre or taste, so I don't mean it as a compliment or... Is it quite a complication? This is the first time for me to drink Houou Mita at home. A sip...ah, Hououmida as it is rumored to be! The light aroma is so refreshing. The elegant sweetness follows it. Two sips...Huh? The image changes. You don't feel the aroma anymore, and a sharp bitterness and a feeling of alcohol comes in. If anything, a light and refreshing feeling comes! Very unexpected! Regardless of that, it goes down easy. It's delicious!
