The ginjo aroma is moderate, the mouthfeel is fruity, and there is no miscellaneous taste. The sweetness and the sake feeling are all well balanced.
The sake here is generally safe to drink.
This is a quality beer at a low price of 2000 yen per bottle. It is as good as Jyushiyo Honmaru. The brewer has probably been replaced, but the flavor has been passed on.
It was so fruity that I couldn't believe it was 80% polished, and the color of the label gave it a banana aroma and acidity. The flavor was strong, but this freshness showed the skill of the maker.
The taste is clean and clear, just like Miyamanishiki. You can't feel the miscellaneous taste. A sake that does not interfere with meals, but snuggles up to them quietly. A favorite of mine.
