It has a nice sharpness 😄.
It's like adding melon, lychee and banana and dividing by 3.
It went great with flounder kobujime 🥳.
Manotsuru Junmai Ginjo
It is made from dead leaves and rice, or rather, from the husk of the rice. It's like a rice or rice husk. Then comes the melon.
A bit of caramelized bitterness in the second half.
This is another sake I would like to drink on a daily basis 🍶.

Kikusui's signature aluminum can 🍶.
Unlike the richness of Funaguchi, Kikusui is robust but has a freshly squeezed, or rather refreshing, taste 🤤.
I enjoyed it while chewing on the happiness of being able to buy it at the 7-Eleven in my neighborhood (my parents' house) 😋.
When warmed up, it is smooth, floppy, and deeply delicious...
The label says it's traditionally dry, but I personally don't feel it's dry. ☺️

Funaka Hassaku Junmai Super Dry 🍶.
Lychee and pineapple 🍍 with Shiboritate as expected 😄!
It was a gentle cup rather than the usual roughness that I usually find in Funaka Hachisaku 😍.
The umami is also a nice balance, perfect with sashimi👌.
Meek at first, gradually becoming more and more exciting.
Dead grass 🌱, nuts🥜, a little melon🍈.
When warmed to lukewarm, it has a nice acidity and milkiness, with a hint of citrus 🍋.
It goes well with yellowtail teriyaki (cantankerous vinegar ver.) 😋.
