Collage of Junmai-Ginjo Akaban Omachi The image of the Collage had a cemedine smell to it, but this was a sweet and tasty sake. I tried it in a wine glass, a guinea cup, and a flat cup, but the guinea cup was well-balanced and tasted great. I finished it in two days!

Shinsei Shuzo Brewery, Yoshinotori This is the first time for me to try this kiyoshu. I had imagined a sweet, thick, honey-like sweetness for a noble brew, but this is different.
