Juro-Man Junmai Ginjo
This is the first ro-man.
It's the first time for me to make a ro-man.
I had heard about it, but not so much the sweetness I felt in my mouth. When I drank it cold, it was a little bland and tasted a little bland
It seemed to have a hint of sweetness to it as it was placed and the temperature rose.
It was drier than I imagined.
