This sake is made from rice grown in Koshimizu, the home of Abe Shuzo.
The image of Abe's sake is that it has a characteristic acidity.
This Koshimizu has a good balance of acidity and sweetness.
I felt it was also delicious as a mid-meal drink.
When paired with squid from Sado, Niigata
