Denshu Junmai-Ginjo Comet This is the Shazak of Tazake. Familiar to the Gundam generation. Red Comet. The bottle color is just like Shazak's, and the design of the label is a mono-eye shine ✨. The taste is thick and strong. You can enjoy it with a hot, sweet, thick, hot dish like teriyaki of yellowtail or miso. I did ^_^^ The edamame is not enough to beat the sake. The second day after opening the bottle. The thickness of the wine is still there, but the overall taste is mellow and well balanced with a sweet taste. It's very easy to drink.

DATE7 Junmai Daiginjo This is a sake brewed by seven breweries in Miyagi. I wasn't able to drink it last year, so I was able to pre-order it. I thought it had a gorgeous aroma and sweetness to it, but it tasted like a saké. It was made by two DATE 7 members, Shinzawa Jozo (Hakurakusei) and Kawakei Shoten (Koganezawa). (Tachibaniya) is my favorite, and there are a lot of drinks that go well with food, so I wonder if that's how many Miyagi drinks are like that. So I had a good time with all my fantasies ✨Thanks for the meal! ministry.

Niida Honke Shizenshu Shizenshu Ikizushi Natsuyuki It's a low-polished sake with 80% rice polishing ratio. We were warned to be careful about opening the bottle due to the carbon dioxide gas from the bottle fermentation. It opened surprisingly easily... There wasn't much in the way of shuffling. It's sweet but sour and tasty and finished (2 days). I always mixed the ori with the drink. I should have drunk the supernatant only pattern 😭

Isshaku Mizunari Aisan Junmai Ginjo I think Aisan's sake has a strong flavor. When I went from chilled to cold (room temperature), I thought it was too sweet for me. I think it's better to drink it cold and crisp (I finished it in two days).

ROHMAN Series: Grazie a Dio It's a low alcohol drink with 13% alcohol. Today is the second day of opening the bottle, and while the first day was thin and lacking, the second day was all over the place. It was balanced and tasty and complete as a cohesive meal. Thanks for the feast!

風の森　秋津保657 ガス感強めの風の森です。 シュワっとしたい気分だったので購入しました。 開栓に注意して開けようと思ったところ栓の周りのカバー？を取ったら手をかけることなく勝手にロケット発射、天井直撃… 中身は無事だったもののびっくりしました。 味も美味しくて一晩で空になりました😆

仙禽　かぶとむし　アルコール14% よく冷えていると酸味が強め、甘みと苦味がバランス良くすぐに消えます✨つまみに食べていた「十勝スマートチーズ」との相性がぴったりでした。

赤武SEA 純米酒 アルコール13度で酸味を感じる爽やかな味です。 開栓初日は酸が強く感じ「白麹か？」と思わせるくらいでしたが二日目は落ち着いてバランスも良く美味しかったです✨

寒菊銘醸　総の舞60 槽場直汲み生原酒 今日は寒菊連チャンです。 前回の本醸造酒とはアルコール添加の為か、キレの部分の余韻が違うように感じます。味わいの違いもあると思いますがすっきり飲めたこちらに🏆

寒菊銘醸　kurabiraki Limited 中取り 初めましての寒菊です。 このお酒、あらばしり、中取り、せめと三種類あるのですが三本は買えず（冷蔵庫の問題で…笑）酒屋店主と相談して「今買うなら中取り。気に入れば次はどちらかで。」とのアドバイスをいただき中取りにしてみました。無濾過生原酒で甘さ、苦味、旨味共に濃い感じ。 お酒の味わいも、酒屋さんとのやりとりもどちらも味わえました🤗✨ 二日め…全体の味わいの主張がまろやかになり、なお美味しくいただきました。二日で完飲😋

仙禽　hope 酒米3種類をブレンドしたお酒。 仙禽ブランドの甘．酸味が好きで、今回もコロナ絡みでできた今回だけ？のお酒らしいのですが、キレもよくて一晩でもう100mlあるかどうかになってしまう程飲んじゃいました。良い時間を過ごせました (￣^￣)ゞ

楽器正宗　中取り本醸造 いままで飲んだ本醸造のお酒のイメージとは違いました。ラムネのような爽やかな甘さと最後にほんのり苦味（冷酒）。冷やより冷酒の方がよさそうです。これはコスパのいいお酒だ！ 一升瓶がすぐに開きそうです😅美味い‼️

鶴齢　本醸造 近所にあるけど入ったことのない昔ながらの 酒屋さんで売っていました。 久しぶりの本醸造。すっきりキレて 脂の乗った刺身と合わせたい感じ。

一白水成　酒未来純米吟醸 香りは爽やか、甘味からの苦味も軽やかで 余韻も短く食中酒にも合う感じがしました。 冷蔵庫から出したばかりより、だらだら飲んて 少し温度が馴染んだ頃合いが、バランスが整っていて美味しく感じました✨一白美味いなぁ〜😋

奥播磨　山廃純米 燗にして美味しいと噂のお酒だったので 燗にしてみました。 神亀純米お燗と似ている感じがしました、 奥播磨の方がキレが良いように感じました。 ほっこりして美味い😊

にいだしぜんしゅ　めろん3.33 めろん感はわかりませんでしたが、少しのピリッと感と甘ウマ感。酒蔵の人おすすめの生ハムとめろん（お酒の）でマリアージュでいただきました。 塩味と甘み「うま〜」でした(≧∀≦)

新政NO6R-type Essence 運良くお店で出会ったので買いました。 甘く旨味もありますが、後引かずきれるので進んでしまいます。自分の好みは「旨味とキレ」の良さなのかなと、飲みながら一人楽しい妄想のように、色々と感想を考えながら余韻を楽しんでいました。 いい時間をありがとう❕
