This is a nigorizake from Sentry.
I was reminded of the taste of the brewery's nigori sake "Yukidaruma", but it tastes drier.
It goes well with strong flavored snacks.
It is a spicy, adult nigorishu (nigorishu) sake.
p.s. I think it's better to have a snack with a strong punch!
