Too bad it doesn't have a label 😢.

Looking back, I remember that this one was very tasty!
It was very popular because of its sweetness!

Welcome drink
No.6 THE NUMBER OF THE BEAST TYPE II
It has a strong sweet taste and the aroma of the wooden vat makes me happy!
Abe FOMALHAUT SPARK
I know this one is also a bottle opener, but I had no problem the last time I opened a bottle of SIRIUS and I was a little drunk, so I opened it normally and blew out the bottle 😂.
The sweetness and the aftertaste is very bitter!
The sweetness with a bitter aftertaste and the carbonation made it an easy and delicious sake 😋.

Night & Dance
Comment from the brewer
This sake was created with the image of a summer night when one is free to dance as one pleases.
It is a light and refreshing sake with 9% alcohol by volume.
The use of "Hyakumangoku no Shiro" polished to 40% gives it a clearer mouthfeel. The pleasant acidity derived from "Modern Yamahai" also makes it ideal for active outdoor activities such as camping and festivals.
The newly introduced hi-iru equipment allows us to hi-iru the sake well while maintaining high sake quality. Therefore, it can be stored in a cool and dark place below 15 degrees Celsius.
Enjoy it well chilled in a wine glass.
We do not use any additives such as lactic acid or fermentation aids that are not required to be labeled.
From the liquor store owner
I was told that this sake is low in alcohol and can be drunk like a sports drink.
When you put it in your mouth, you can feel a little bit of acidity and the acidity spreads because it is a modern Yamahai sake.
The low alcohol content makes it a very light, summery sake that is very tasty.
✨✨👓for gold glasses only👓✨
I drank this one hoping for a gold medal🥇 during the Olympics!
The color is a little yellowish with sparkling gold leaf in it.
The aroma seems more subdued than the usual glasses only.
The sweetness is also a little less sweet and refreshing, so it would be good on a hot day.
The gold leaf in it makes me feel gorgeous!
Judo 🥋.
Gold medal for Kakuda 🥇.
Congratulations ㊗️
Expect Olympic gold medal🥇 rush!
Nippon go for it💪!
Tobiroki Junmai Daiginjo
The color is clear and the aroma is clear.
It has a lychee-like aroma in the mouth and is very refreshing and easy to drink!
Delicious 😋.
This is a top-quality sake that is part of the "Astral Plateau" line, Shinmasa's top-of-the-line line. This sake is called "Kijo-zake," which is brewed using sake, and in this sense it can be considered an advanced version of "Yonotori.
This time, I hesitated to order this sake because it is very rare and expensive, but I ordered it because it is a sake that is not usually available in stores.
It has acidity and a pleasant sweetness that spreads in the mouth.
It really drinks like water 💦.
I'm really glad I had it!
It is a popular Yonotori🪽 in Shinsei's private lab.
It has been a long time since I last drank it, but it was still very tasty, with a good balance of sourness and sweetness.
I had always wanted to try Katsuma!
I happened to discover it at the restaurant and ordered it!
It was a delicious sake, with the delicious rice flavor and softness of Junmai, and a dry, crisp taste.
It was a perfect match for the chicken!
Denzake Yamahai-brewed
I usually like Tasake, and this time I chose Yamahai-brewed sake!
The sake is made from Yamahai (wild rice), which gives it a sour taste, followed by an apple-like aroma.
It is still delicious 😋.
rhinoceros beetle (esp. Japanese rhinoceros beetle, Trypoxylus dichotomus)
Another summer in Sengkyo
Kabutomushi season has come 😊.
The illustration has been changed from a sticker to a print on the bottle, which is a nice touch 😄.
The color is a little yellowish and the aroma is a little silky.
The sourness is also refreshing and delicious 😋.
SIRIUS.
We are advised to drink it within a month as it undergoes a secondary fermentation in the bottle.
I chilled the bottle and opened it.
The bottle was opened without any spillage as expected 🍾.
The color is shimmery and thin and cloudy when poured into a glass, and the aroma is reminiscent of strawberry🍓 and pear🍐.
The aftertaste is unique to Abe and drier than expected with a nice bitterness🙆.
It's still good😋.
Hanahayo Omachi
I have never been able to buy much Omachi and I thought I had missed out this season...
I happened to find it at the store ‼️
It had been sitting for a while, but I opened the bottle 🍾.
I heard a popping sound when I opened the bottle!
The color is beautifully clear and the aroma is sweet, just like Hana-yosu!
The aroma is sweet like a Hanaoyokko, and when you put it in your mouth, you can smell pineapple🍍 and a hint of bitterness, and the bitter aftertaste lingers a little.
I personally like it better when it's been aged for a while because it has a mellower taste 😄.
It's still delicious 😋.
Abe Raku-fu-mai Tank 2
Tank 1 was also healthy, so I took care ⚠️ when opening it, but I didn't expect it to explode💣💥 when I opened it.
I was surprised to see how different the same recipe can be. ‼️
Compared to tank 1, it was more cloudy and the taste was milky and drier than sweet.
Still good 😋😋.
Abe Raku-fu-mai Tank 1
Comparison of Raku-fu-mai
Tank 1 went flying as soon as the bottle was opened 🍾.
As Mr. Abe, the brewer, said that Raku-fu-mai is especially energetic, it is really energetic. ‼️
The aroma is sweet with a hint of acidity, and there is also a touch of ori.
It has a sweet aroma with a touch of acidity and a touch of oli.
It is really delicious 😋.
Imi Junmai Ginjo
Tamaba Unfiltered Unrefined Nama Sake
This is the first time I've had this Sagami.
The color is clear and the sweetness spreads quickly in the mouth, followed by a light bitterness.
As I expected, it is sweet and easy to drink 😋.
If I could buy it for the first time, it would be 14yo.
From this year? It's switched to Junmai, a sort of big change!
The aroma is sweet and the color is slightly yellowish.
In the mouth it tastes gorgeous, juicy and fresh.
It's just as good as the top of the Jyushidai sake world.
Truly delicious😋.
