A bowl of oden at an oden shop in Shizuoka Station. I had no idea about this brand. The best part of traveling is being able to drink this kind of local sake with local food 😆. A little sweet and full, with a clean dry finish. It is not flashy, but there is no alcohol feeling that lingers in the throat and it is very smooth to drink 😄. It goes great with Shizuoka oden, which is a thick, dark broth with fishmeal, and if we weren't on a family trip, we would be drinking it endlessly 😅.... Also, I had a local B gourmet dish called "Motsuru Curry" for the first time, which was also very tasty👍👍!

I bought this at the first liquor store I went to because it was politely recommended 😋. I would say it's definitely like wine. The aroma is amazing. Should have drunk it in a wine glass😅. The sweetness is slight, but the rice flavor is strong. I thought it would be dense but it's also very crisp. It's a good sake with good cost and good ministry.

This is another summer sake from my favorite Mie sake that I was very curious about. The aroma is not so strong. It has an energetic taste with a tingling sensation when you put it in your mouth. It was a very tasty sake with a good balance of refreshing sweetness and bitterness ✨.
