Refreshing, sweet and sour. It has a stronger apple taste than the fire-brewed Apple Pom Pom I had before. The alcohol content is low at 7 degrees, so it is like a juice. Although the alcohol content is low, it is delicious and has a green apple taste. I didn't know this was a joint development with Motox. I didn't know that. It's the same as Iori and Iyano.

A gift from my brother at home the other day. It was chilly, so I paired it with pork shabu-shabu. It was a little high at 17%, so I tasted it slowly at first and then served it on the rocks in the latter half of the bottle. I enjoyed the mildness of the wine.

For some reason it was on special sale at a local supermarket😅. Junmai Ginjo, 60% polished rice ratio, under 1000 yen without tax... too good deal... I'll take it at room temperature 🍶. It's too good to be true! It's very rich! Rice swelling is very nice 🙆 The lingering aftertaste that gently fades away 😄 Even with strong dishes, it doesn't lose at all. Eggplant dengaku looks good 🍆.

I used to be a big fan of cold sake, but now the allure of room temperature sake is irresistible😍. I have always liked Takumi, but I thought it had a slightly off-flavored aroma...more like a smell. But I don't know if it's because it's at room temperature or because it's hiya oroshi, but it doesn't have that smell at all. It has a mellow taste. I am looking forward to seeing how it will change in the future😊.

I received this as a travel souvenir from my wife! My first Kanagawa sake! Junmai Ginjo Showdown! Izumihashi famous sake! Yellow-green medium-bodied! Easy to drink with moderate sweetness! Easy to drink! Shonan Yellow full bodied! Yellow full bodied! The spiciness makes you realize that the sake you've been drinking this week was sweet! A good old-fashioned one with a strong flavor! Banana from the 🍌 Dry! The umami you can feel in the back of your throat! This one goes to Shonan! A delicious classic! I want to try the other Izumibashi one day!

Memorandum. This is another favorite local drink. Summer, After having accomplished a lot of big challenges in June for me. I wanted to take a breather and reset. A crisp, dry, unpasteurized sake. It works well. I should be able to get eggplant. It was such a good sake for the evening. Sasanishiki from Ichihasama. Suki. I prefer the green hode nasu in winter, though.

It is a local sake, but I first heard about it through "Sake-no-wa" and bought it at a sake store in the northern part of the prefecture. My daughter bought it at Fujiwaraya in Sendai Station a couple of times before she got married. Strangely enough, I could not remember any other person's sake. It has a fruity aroma and taste like peaches, with a nice sharp aftertaste. (Mrs. Fujinami's impression) It was too rich for me and I did not understand it well. It became easier to drink when I tried it on the rocks.

Summer version of hode nasu 🍆. First time I've ever purchased summer ✨. It's completely different from the winter version, crispy 😳 almost no acidity! I prepared a steak with the winter flavor, but I ate it with yesterday's leftover mansaku and ate the hode nasu with edamame and cucumbers 😅. Hode nasu in summer is more like sushi or pickles than meat 🤔.

I went to Yamagata for the first time in a long time😊. I was allowed to drink sake at my uncle's house. Mellow and sake-like sake, just the way I like it for everyday drinking 😊. There was also some Asahitaka at night, but I don't remember drinking it. I forgot to take a picture 🥲.
