It's not Soujitchantan 😙. According to the explanation of the department store staff, the rice is Sakonishiki. It has a unique and distinctive aroma like herbs. It has a fresh and crisp taste. Finishes with a tangy bitterness. I don't know if it is a summer sake or not, but it has a refreshing taste and is suitable for summer. I tasted and bought it on the same day as Kessen Sekigahara and Aoi Tenga, but Soumai was the only one that gave me the same impression when I tasted it and drank it at home 🤔. What a relief😅

Tenryo, which I ordered at a meal on my trip. It was a freshly brewed and stored Honjozo brewed with Hidahomare. I usually don't drink Hidahomare, Honjozo, or Nama-Seizou, so I thought it would be a good opportunity to drink it. The color was crystal with a slight yellow tinge. The aroma is quite mild, with mineral and earthy notes. When you drink it, it has a slightly fruity overtone. Next comes a sense of minerality and a hint of sweetness. There is also a slight white ball-like feeling. The acidity is smart and not too assertive. Bitterness appears a little at the end. The lingering aftertaste is pale and slowly fades away with the bitterness. As is typical of honjozo, it has the sake-like flavor that is generally imagined by those who do not normally drink sake, but it is a food sake with a fruity character that is typical of freshly stored sake. It's meant to be served at ryokans, as it goes perfectly with fish, vegetables, and other Japanese dishes! I've been drinking a lot of sake that can be drunk on its own, so I'm very satisfied with my first "food sake" in a long time! Freshly brewed with Miyamanishiki from Nagano Prefecture. I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it'll be good. The color is milky white. The smell is mild, with a hint of flowers. The taste is fruity, but not too sweet. It has a nice umami taste with a slight sourness and bitterness in the aftertaste. You can feel the alcohol quite a bit, it's 17 degrees, so it's thick. It is easy to drink on the rocks with ice. I think it tastes better if you drink it this way. It has a refreshing, dry, gassy flavor that pairs well with 🍖 meat dishes and Chinese and other oily dishes 😋~.

I bought it at the Aeon system big. This is the first time I've had an Aomori sake. It's sweet but easy to drink. It's delicious. I'm happy to pay about 1,000 yen for a 720ml bottle.

Aomori's sake is hard to find locally🥺 I thought I'd have to go out of the prefecture or poke around, but my wife bought some at a department store that the clerk recommended. It's a limited edition sake made by Momokawa, a sake brewery near Hachinohe, using "Mashigura" rice grown in Oirase town and fermented at low temperature for a long time. When we drank it chilled, my wife and I said, "Wow, this is delicious 😆 ". Fruity, light and elegantly sweet😍. It's similar to the Mimuro Sugi's Grazie Airdio that we drank recently. It's easy to drink, even though it's over 17 degrees alcohol. There are many other good sakes in Aomori 👏 besides Denshu, Hassen and Toyoupai.

I bought it because of the cool bottle, the lettering, and the phrase "cold brewed, Shiboritate limited edition"! It's a freshly squeezed new sake that's only available once a year 💓. Right after opening the bottle, it's super fresh ⚡️I'd say it's light and dry, but still nenne and not enough 😅. On the second day, the richness comes out. On the third day or so, I think the sweet aroma finally started to stand out ✨But by that time I only had one more batch left 🤣. The result was a type that was hard to open, but I enjoyed it 🕺🎵.
