This was our first visit to Mirae Sake Shop, which is said to deal in rare sake. It was convenient to find explanatory tags on the sake. Quite a dry drink! Even the slight bitterness that lingers afterwards is nice! It says it tastes even better warmed, so next time I'll try it warmed.

No longer slightly carbonated! It has a full, rice-like sweetness, probably due to the 60% rice polishing ratio. However, as I drank it, I felt it was an elegant sweetness. In addition, the acidity is refreshing. At 9% alcohol by volume for an unpasteurized sake, it's surprisingly low! You can drink as much as you like.

Pineapple, then grain⁉︎ You may think it's a gorgeous drink with a pineapple aroma and a touch of pineapple in the mouth, but it has a barley-like aftertaste. And taste! This dish will expand your knowledge of Japanese sake. However, I would like to make a point that the label says "origami" but I can't see any origami on it⁉︎ The label was designed by Enka Kamekawa. Many of the labels are of cute girls, especially Amabie, aren't they? It's called "Walk on the Wild Side. I don't know the exact meaning, but this is a cool word. After about three days, the quirkiness faded and the taste was mild!

Just the right amount of sweetness and acidity, with more acidity. Some people said it was close to white wine, but I didn't find it so. Even though I'm not a big wine drinker, ECOHES was swift and easy to drink, and although it had the acidity of a white wine, it tasted completely different. It also seems to go well with sweet treats and cakes.

It's a must buy jacket Since there is a place in the neighborhood associated with Mr. Mizuki Shigeru, I was curious to try it. It's not sweet, but super dry, and the flavor of the rice fills the mouth. You can enjoy the flavor of the rice. It's not that I don't like dryness, but even though I like sweetness, I gulped it down. How I got hooked on Chiyo Musubi.

double circle Excellent both cold and warmed. The sense of maturity is the best. I've been interested in Mirai Sake Shop in Kichijoji for a long time, but my wandering hours in Kichijoji didn't coincide with their business hours, so I didn't get a chance to visit for the first time. When I told them my preference was the richness of the drink, they let me try three different kinds, all of which were good, but this time I was hungry for a mature taste, so I went with this one. The others were also good, so I'd like to try them in order.
