This is a summer sake from Sakiyami. It is not gaseous, so it is not refreshing. It is rich, light, and sweet, but it cuts through nicely. It is delicious!
I'm having chilled tofu with myoga, fresh yakisoba and lightly pickled cucumbers.
I'm going to resume my sake drinking 😊.
Aroma of azuki beans, fresh green pepper, and green apple.
Light and effervescent.
It is sweet and sour, with a strong umami flavor. There is a refreshing minerality and brine.
Serve with sesame-dressed tomatoes, ratatouille, vichyssoise, shrimp cocktail, or roast beef.
Subtle aroma. Gentle and light on the palate. The elegant and fruity aroma then spreads to the palate, and with its lingering taste, the bitterness again has a synergistic effect. Delicious.
Today was my day off and I had a lazy drink from noon 😆.
A trade with chikumo 😁.
Thanks again 😆.
Gentle gassy feel to it
Gentle sweetness
Refreshing and delicious ✨👍
Good morning, Tsuyodai 😊.
Drinking from noon is a luxury, isn't it?
I've been enjoying gentler drinks lately and they sound delicious. I guess I'm getting old😅.
Good morning, tsukitate-kun 😁Yes, it was relaxing and luxurious 😆Sakiyami recommended! I felt like I was relaxing and taking it slow and luxurious 😆 I recommend Sakiyami!
Third cup. This is the first time for me to taste Gunma's Sakiyami. It has a sweet, fruity aroma. It is also delicious. I am satisfied with everything today.
