This is the second sake from Raifuku Brewery (the first will come later). The first day the bottle is opened, it has a light sweet, bittersweet taste with a very slight gasiness. On the second day, the fruity aroma increased! The second day, the fruity aroma increases! The bitterness tends to diminish while the sweetness increases along with it, making it more delicious!

My favorite Takachiyo series, already labeled "SUMMER BLUE". We drank it with my wife's sister and her husband. They were very impressed with their first Takachiyo. It may be a common expression, but the fresh and fruity aroma, pear-like sweetness, slight acidity, and gaseous sensation are my favorite.

My first Tasake (rice wine). My wife bought it at a raw sake shop in Chikuma City, Nagano Prefecture for ¥1,705-. This is a sake that you can find for a bit expensive, but we were able to purchase it for a legitimate price. It has a slightly fruity aroma, a refreshing sweetness, bitterness, and very little gas. The flavor was a bit citrusy. This is good... PS, on the second day, the sourness was added and the taste increased! I'm more and more hooked 😋.

Takachiyo Sky unfiltered unpasteurized sake from the Takachiyo series by Takachiyo Shuzo, another favorite of mine. It was so refreshing, like a Ramune, and the gaseous taste was so good! Takachiyo series is awesome 😆.

Yamadanishiki EVOKE Junmai Ginjo from your favorite Seishuzo sake. ¥1,815-. Purchased at Aiba Sake Shop. As is typical of the Sei Shuzo brewery, it has a fruity yet slightly light sweetness, with a good acidity and gasiness that gives it a nice crispness. The label is also cool!

The first sake, Oze no Yukidoke Junmai Daiginjo "Natsu Gin" by Ryujin Shuzo, was purchased at Aiba Sake Shop for 1,898 yen. It has a very fruity, pear-like aroma and a refreshing sweetness. We welcomed a friend and his wife for a drink yesterday afternoon, and the second day after opening the bottle on the last day of GW, Oze no Yukidoke was just as delicious as yesterday. I would like to repeat this again. By the way, I haven't been updating this page since I changed the model of my iPhone, but I hope to write about it again as I look back on it little by little.

I bought it at a liquor store that I learned about from a friend who does not drink much alcohol. This liquor store sold organic seasonings, foods, detergents, and books in addition to sake. I was curious and interested in the Terada Honke's natural sake Gojin Musume Shizen no Mamma, which I had learned about from a review of the store beforehand. Sake made with rice grown without pesticides. What kind of sake is made from rice grown without pesticides? I have never seen a sake made from rice with a 70% purification ratio... I've never seen a sake made from rice grown without pesticides. When the bottle is opened, it has a sweet and sour aroma. The sweetness and sourness are in line with the aroma. It has a honey-like sweetness like plum wine. The more you drink it, the more you will be addicted to it. I would like to try another brand.

The sake after Haru-ura, Betsuatsurae Namajyun. There are only a few stores that carry this sake, and the amount of distribution seems to be small. The fresh ginjo aroma is attractive, and the sweetness is like that of white peaches. The sweetness is like that of white peaches. Your first sake. Yoshinoya Corporation "Nishinomon". Junmai Daiginjo Hitogokochi Unfiltered Nama, Betsuatsurai. The label states that it was designed to resemble a tropical fruit. When the bottle is opened, it has a fruity aroma. The aroma was somewhat spicy, but it had a sweetness more like strawberries than tropical fruits. It was a very delicious sake.

The last time, the condition of the second day was not so good due to a malfunction of the stopper, so I purchased it again. Machida Shuzo Special Junmai 55 "Miyamanishiki Nigori Purchased at Takahashi Yo Shoten 1,540 yen The bottle has a label warning you to open the bottle carefully... Compared to the Otone Shuzo's Left Oshin that I had the other day, I was able to open the bottle without any difficulty. It was an elegant sake that was more like a lees-based sake than a nigori sake. It was fruity and had just the right amount of gas, which is a common expression, but in the end, I like this kind of sake.

This is my first sake. Otone Shuzo. Jizake Saotomi Koshihikari Junmai Sake: Mochigo no Akkatsu Nigori Sake. I picked it up at Takahashiyo Sake Shop because it was one of the last bottles available. 1,650 yen. I carefully opened the bottle following the instructions on the bottle-opening instructions, carefully letting off the gas several times, but being very careful not to let it bubble up too much. By the time I finally poured it, it had taken 7 minutes. The sweetness of the rice, the strong crackling gas, the slight sourness, and the bitterness. On the second day, the sweetness increased dramatically and the bitterness decreased. It was a very tasty sake.

This is my second Beaumichel, This time, it was a normal Beaumichel, not gassy and almost like a white wine. It had just the right amount of acidity, sweetness, and astringency. I paired it with a salmon and spinach quiche made from dough. I recommend Beaumichel to wine lovers.

Chikuma-Nishiki is the first Chikuma-Nishiki pure sake in a long time. It was a happy miscalculation to be able to get it again, as it was only available in limited quantities. It has been a while since I have had a favorite sake from the Seishuzo brewery, "Hizirizm Gouki", which is only sold by authorized dealers and purchased at the Aiba Sake Shop in Kiryu City for ¥1,815-. It is said to have a strong gaseous taste, so please keep it upright in the refrigerator. This is a typical sake from the Seishuzo brewery. I carefully opened the bottle and let the gas escape before uncorking. It has a refreshing sweetness of rice, a slight sourness, and a gaseous taste. It is refreshing and goes down smoothly. It was a dangerous sake that was easy to drink. This was my first Hizirizm series sake, and I would definitely drink it again.

I have tried several wine yeast brewed sake, but this is the first time I have had one from Nakagawa Shuzo. Purchased at Japan Meat Yoshioka store for ¥1,757-. Aroma like a white wine, with a moderate sweetness and a very slight bitterness. On the second day, it was almost white wine. I highly recommend wine lovers to try it.
