Sake brewed by Okunomatsu Sake Brewery Co. in Nihonmatsu City, Fukushima Prefecture. Purchase at Joy Hong Park Yoshioka Store. Price: ¥1,188- (720ml) Sake degree -1.5, acidity 1.5. The aroma is slightly sweet with little fragrance. The taste is sweet like akashiya honey, and the aroma through the nose is apple-like. The flavor is sweet like Akashiya honey, and the aroma through the nose is apple-like, followed by umami and bitterness. I did not detect any acidity. The cost/taste ratio is high, and I will repeat it!

My wife bought this sake from Nagano Prefecture. The trial size of 300 ml was surprisingly good. Immediately after opening the bottle, there was an aroma of rice. It tastes like white wine. First, there is acidity and a hint of astringency. Sweetness. We are wine lovers, and this is a sake that we would like to keep in our memories as a good choice.

Purchased at Japan Meat, which is attached to Joy Hong Park. I was intrigued by the lot number and decided to purchase it. A faint fruity aroma. What kind of fragrance? I don't know... Sweetness, slight bitterness. The alcohol level is high at 19 degrees, perhaps due to the addition of brewer's alcohol? However, if you think the alcohol taste is noticeable due to preconceived notions, it is not so, and it is rather elegant. In general, it seems to be a good cosmetic beer. It may be too subtle for those who do not prefer to drink with brewer's alcohol. On the second day, the aroma has diminished considerably. The sweetness is still there, but the slight bitterness is gone. It is not so much that it has become milder, but more that it has lost some of its bitterness. It was a good thing I drank more last night.

First Nabeshima, purple label. I was told to be careful when opening the bottle, but I didn't need to be careful after chilling it thoroughly. The first glass had a fruity aroma like peaches. The sweetness was impressive. The second cup, the aroma was like peach, but the aroma through the nose was like strawberry. Tonight, I drank only 3 cups. I sealed it to look forward to tomorrow's change. The next day after opening the bottle, we drank it with dinner. Unlike last night when it was too chilled, when I uncorked it, it was quite vigorous. The aroma was peachy and sweet with a very slight gassy feeling. More than last night The aroma was not strawberry-like as it was on the day the bottle was opened. The only thing I regret this time is that I chilled it too much on the day of opening. I will be careful next time.

福島県に行った際に購入。 二本松市の人気酒造株式会社の純米吟醸生酒、桜福姫。 香りは少な目ながら凄くフルーティーで洋梨の様な甘さと酸味。 極々僅かな本当に僅かな発泡感が私達夫婦のめっちゃ好みのお酒でした。 1200本限定との事ですが、次に出会えたらリピート買いしたいと思います。

Keiryu morning Shibori-shu is a stored sake. It has a high alcohol content of 20 degrees, but is easy to drink (repeat purchase). It contains brewer's alcohol, so it may not be suitable for those who don't like other than pure rice sake, but I think it is good enough for everyday drinking.

I purchased this sake when I visited Fukushima Prefecture. It is a Popular Ichigold Popular Junmai Daiginjo, a sake brewed in Nihonmatsu City, Fukushima Prefecture. It has a gorgeous aroma, elegant and subtle sweetness, and spiciness. It also has an aroma that only a wooden vat can give. We prefer it when it is slightly warmer than when it is cooled down. The day after the bottle was opened, the aroma of koji, sweetness, and especially sourness increased, and the overall balance shifted in the direction we liked.

My wife bought this sake for me. When the bottle is opened, it has a gentle fruity aroma. When you put it in your mouth, it is more crisp than the aroma suggests and you can feel the high alcohol content. The impression changes drastically after the second sip, with a fruity sweetness that matches the aroma. After the refreshing pear-like sweetness, I felt a slight pungency.

The days of sake from the Sei Shuzo Brewery continue. Kantou no Hana Junmai Ginjo. The aroma was slight, but the sweetness and rice aroma spread quickly in the mouth. The aftertaste was refreshingly sweet like muscat with a slight sourness. I bought a trial size 300ml bottle because they were out of the 4-pack, but I would buy and drink this sake again if I could find a 4-pack outside of the brewery.

It was almost the same sake as the Meiho Akagi Junmai Ginjo Activated Nigori Sake we had last night. It was slightly less sweet, but that may have been my imagination. The aroma of rice was more pronounced than the nigori sake from Meibo Akagi. Although not stated on the label, the waiter told us that the sake was made from "Hitomebore" rice grown in the prefecture. This sake was also very tasty.

Compared to last night's Meiho Akagi Junmai Ginjo, the aroma was less intense. The "Beware of opening the bottle" label was not a joke, and when I turned the bottle around to mix in the lees, the fizzy sensation was unbelievable. I opened the bottle as if I was opening a bottle of Ramune. When I put it in my mouth, a refreshing pear-like sweetness spread out, and it was strong at the same time. The sweetness of pear-like flavor spreads in the mouth, and at the same time, the strong gaseous sensation is irresistible. The Meiho Akagi series seems to be a brand under the "Akagi no Megumi" brand recommended by Maebashi City. It was not sold by the manufacturer, Sei Shuzo. Sei Shuzo has a sake called "Kantou no Hana" made from the same rice and with the same rice polishing ratio. We will update this page later.

This is my favorite sake among the brands produced by Seishuzo. I mean, I have only had the Meiho Akagi series. It was at a bicycle hill climb race (uphill race) called the Maebashi Akagi Hill Climb that I first encountered this sake (12 years ago?). The sake I bought at that time was the famous Akagi Kuradashi Namazake. When I asked where I could usually buy it, I was told it was at JA Farmers or at a roadside station. I heard that Sei Sake Brewery is famous for a brand called "Kantou no Hana", but I am just a fan of Meiho Akagi. There are several types of Meiho Akagi, and today's sake was a Junmai Ginjo Meiho Akagi. The first time I opened the bottle, there was a nice popping sound! The aroma is gorgeous and fruity at the same time. When poured, you can see the slight bubbles. The fruity aroma spreads in the mouth as you feel the gasiness, and the refreshing sweetness and moderate slight acidity are the best for me. I think it is also cosmetically pleasing (1,400 yen, tax not included).

Sake purchased on a trip to Fukushima Prefecture. The 720 ml bottle was ras 1. It has an alcohol content of 17% and a sake level of minus 20. The aroma is subdued, but the strong sweetness with a hint of rice flavor is similar to that of plum wine. The color is almost golden. I was hooked on this one.

Since I was in Fukushima Prefecture, I bought some sake from a Fukushima sake brewery. There was not much information in the store, so I was a bit confused, but I bought it on a hunch that I would probably like it because it was in the refrigerated section. It has a slightly fruity aroma, and the moment you put it in your mouth, it has a refreshing, subtle sweetness. There was a slight bitterness behind the sweetness and a very slight sourness.

I bought it at a souvenir shop with a sake shop where I could sample sake right after exiting the Shiozawa-Ishiuchi Interchange on the Kanetsu Expressway. I had already had sake from the same brewery, so I bought another brand. It was one of the best tasting sake I tasted. Junmai Daiginjo" alone sounds delicious, but... The aroma is subdued, but the sweetness that reminds me of pears and the slight acidity, as well as the subtle gassiness that you feel on your tongue the moment you put it in your mouth, is unbearable. It is a little cloudy, so it is better to shake it well before drinking. At home.

It is a very limited edition product. It is a sake that has been aged in ice temperature since 2009. I brought it home from the restaurant on September 28 and drank it right after I got home.
