First sake. Purchased at Sake-no-Seibu Sake Shop. ¥1,870-. Sweet and sour aroma reminiscent of pineapple. In the mouth, it has an elegant sweetness without much acidity, a slight bitterness, and a very slight gasiness. It was a rare and hard to find sake, but the taste was universal in the same price range. Anyway, I liked the taste.

Fukutoku Naga Junmai Ginjo-shu "is a gentle sake that can be drunk only with rice. I found it for the first time at Beisia and bought it. It may be the strongest junmai ginjo-shu for everyday drinking in my history. The balance of fruity aroma, sweetness, bitterness, and acidity is very pleasing. It is not gassy, but I think it has the potential to be around 1,800 yen for 720ml. 1,098- for 1,800ml The best cospa! I will buy it again.

Kantou no Hana Junmai Ginjo" for the first time in a while. Has the label changed to a thinner one this season? Or is it a summer version? It was sweeter than last year's Kantou no Hana, with almost no acidity, a slight bitterness, and no gassiness. Anyway, it was delicious!

This is my first sake, but it tastes like it's not my first. .... Sake from Maruishi Brewery in Aichi Prefecture, where the second son of the three brothers of my favorite sake brewer, Seishuzo, is located, purchased at Aiba Sake Shop in Kiryu City. Maruishi Namaishio Junmai-Daigin Nama-Nagara Sake 2,480-¥2,480-. The taste was to my liking with a good balance of moderate sweetness, moderate acidity, and a slight bitterness. The number of bottles in circulation is 504, so we were given a valuable bottle. It will be interesting to drink more of this sake in the future.

My first sake, Toyoshimaya's Toyoka Junmai Ginjyo Unfiltered Unrefined Nama-shu Orikarami. Purchased at Sake-no-Nama Sake Shop ¥1,870-. Sweet and fruity aroma. The sweetness was somewhat reminiscent of melon, and the taste was full-bodied without much acidity. It was a delicious sake.

Our first sake. Tenju Junmai Daiginjo Tokyu Department Store Limited Edition. It was a gift from my wife's sister. It came in a very expensive looking box. It is a kind of sake that I would not touch by myself. When you open the bottle, you can smell the sweet and fruity aroma. The mellow and deep sweetness was not fruity, but rather honey-like, with a slight sourness and bitterness. It is very easy to drink.

This is the second sake from Raifuku Brewery (the first will come later). The first day the bottle is opened, it has a light sweet, bittersweet taste with a very slight gasiness. On the second day, the fruity aroma increased! The second day, the fruity aroma increases! The bitterness tends to diminish while the sweetness increases along with it, making it more delicious!

My favorite Takachiyo series, already labeled "SUMMER BLUE". We drank it with my wife's sister and her husband. They were very impressed with their first Takachiyo. It may be a common expression, but the fresh and fruity aroma, pear-like sweetness, slight acidity, and gaseous sensation are my favorite.

My first Tasake (rice wine). My wife bought it at a raw sake shop in Chikuma City, Nagano Prefecture for ¥1,705-. This is a sake that you can find for a bit expensive, but we were able to purchase it for a legitimate price. It has a slightly fruity aroma, a refreshing sweetness, bitterness, and very little gas. The flavor was a bit citrusy. This is good... PS, on the second day, the sourness was added and the taste increased! I'm more and more hooked 😋.

Yamadanishiki EVOKE Junmai Ginjo from your favorite Seishuzo sake. ¥1,815-. Purchased at Aiba Sake Shop. As is typical of the Sei Shuzo brewery, it has a fruity yet slightly light sweetness, with a good acidity and gasiness that gives it a nice crispness. The label is also cool!

The first sake, Oze no Yukidoke Junmai Daiginjo "Natsu Gin" by Ryujin Shuzo, was purchased at Aiba Sake Shop for 1,898 yen. It has a very fruity, pear-like aroma and a refreshing sweetness. We welcomed a friend and his wife for a drink yesterday afternoon, and the second day after opening the bottle on the last day of GW, Oze no Yukidoke was just as delicious as yesterday. I would like to repeat this again. By the way, I haven't been updating this page since I changed the model of my iPhone, but I hope to write about it again as I look back on it little by little.

I bought it at a liquor store that I learned about from a friend who does not drink much alcohol. This liquor store sold organic seasonings, foods, detergents, and books in addition to sake. I was curious and interested in the Terada Honke's natural sake Gojin Musume Shizen no Mamma, which I had learned about from a review of the store beforehand. Sake made with rice grown without pesticides. What kind of sake is made from rice grown without pesticides? I have never seen a sake made from rice with a 70% purification ratio... I've never seen a sake made from rice grown without pesticides. When the bottle is opened, it has a sweet and sour aroma. The sweetness and sourness are in line with the aroma. It has a honey-like sweetness like plum wine. The more you drink it, the more you will be addicted to it. I would like to try another brand.

The sake after Haru-ura, Betsuatsurae Namajyun. There are only a few stores that carry this sake, and the amount of distribution seems to be small. The fresh ginjo aroma is attractive, and the sweetness is like that of white peaches. The sweetness is like that of white peaches. There is almost no acidity, and perhaps because of the sweetness, there is a very slight bitterness. It was also a very delicious sake. On the second day, the bitterness receded and the sweetness settled down.
