I've been wanting to try this for a long time, so I got a bottle of Sakyami. The aroma is citrusy and fruity, and the taste is sweet with a slight fizz. The balance of sourness and bitterness is exquisite...similar to Machida Shuzo? This dangerous sake is 100% Miyamanishiki...delicious...I want to try the other Sakyamishiki!

Every time I went to the store, the staff kept asking me, "How do you like Sakuyami?" and I finally buy it ❗️ I listen to what the shopkeeper says, it's delicious 😊. The moment you put it in your mouth, the sweetness spreads, and soon it has a slightly stronger acidity and a pleasant petitiveness, I think it is OK both on its own and as a mealtime drink. I thought it was a combination of Hanahayo and Shinsei colors. This is my personal opinion, so please forgive me if you like HanayoYoku or Shinsei. I would like to try other Sakiyami as well 😋.

☀️ First time drinking sakijabi ✨ in the fridge for a little over a month in the fridge for a little over a month😅. It is 100% Miyan Nishiki🌾 The top clear... I've been drinking it for a little over a month now. I'm sure you'll like it. I can't believe it. It's so easy to drink! If you mix it, you still get the alu feeling and what's more... Local sake purchased at a liquor store on the way out of the city on an expedition to Gunma to buy a zodiac Daruma🐍. A bottle I met for the first time. It tastes just like the label says it does! Refreshing, refreshing, and beautifully effervescent A bottle that I couldn't stop drinking!

I had never heard of Sakiyami before. Something about the name and the label made it sound delicious, so I ordered it. It was a little gassy and tangy. It has a beautiful aroma and a refreshing mouthfeel. There is a fair amount of sweetness, but it is not dull, supported by the acidity. A slight bitterness finishes it off. Delicious. I would like to look for it at liquor stores in the future.

☀️ The sweetness typical of Miyamanishiki is subtle. The carbonation crackles🫧 and dissipates the taste buds. Tight throat with a slight bitterness. Not spectacular, so it's probably best suited for a mid-meal drink 🤔.

One that I picked up because of how beautiful the name is. The nose is pineapple. The body is light, with a good balance of sweetness and acidity. It is quite easy to drink and very similar to Kameizumi Cell. This one has a slightly richer aftertaste. I feel like Northern Kanto is kind of hot these days.

💚 This is the first Sakiyami I've had since it was recommended to me as delicious. It is slightly carbonated and makes me happy just looking at the bubbles 🫧 spreading in the glass. It's so refreshing. I was happy to have another glass. I also got to drink Yuki no Mayu and Katsuma, which I never had in my brewing forest days😊. So much fun 🩷.

I went to Isesaki for training and went to Grand Van Maebashi. I was aiming for Sakiyami and Machida, but Machida was out of R5BY was out of stock. I came back with Sakiyami! Sakiyami was as expected! It was just as delicious as I expected. The only problem is that it is difficult to obtain. I was told when the new sake arrives at the store as it is the home of Machida Shuzo.

Sakiyami's autumn sake! Aroma with a strong sourness. Slightly effervescent, with a grape-like fruity sensation of bitterness and sweetness. Fresh and fruity, but with a mild umami and bitterness that is typical of autumn sake, it has a fresh sensation. Delicious!

Wanted to try drinking Sakiyami, I bought it at a liquor store in front of Shin-Maebashi station. When opened, it has a dry taste with a sense of sizzle. After a day of drinking, it has a nice sweetness and aroma. I like the taste.
