This is the second blue dragonfly this year. Transparent sweetness and acidity. The taste is soft and without corners. The aroma that passes through the nose is also refreshing. It is still delicious!
I might not see you this year... I thought I might not be able to see you this year...! We met at Yokohama Kimishimaya at a tasting by Ms. Yuka Imamura, the brewer of Wakanami Shuzo.
The honey-like aroma lured me in, the sizzling sensation caressing my tongue, and the deep, gentle, gentle waves 🍶✨The rush was so pleasant that I couldn't stop drinking 😋.
I had some free space in my refrigerator, so I bought a few bottles of a brand I had never had before online. This is one of them.
It has a gorgeous aroma and a slight gasiness that lightens the sweetness and acidity.
I wish they would carry it near my house.
At the 9th Nihonshu Kai
Preference ★★★★☆
Don't underestimate it as a honjozo sake!
Sweet, easy drinking sake.
The brand label is a Japanese image, but the rest of the label is different, apparently.
I had purchased it during my Obon shopping trip to Fukushima.
It is the famous Honjozo in town. â
Honjozo, will it be followed by an instrument?
I don't drink alsode much, but I tried to join the trend.
Tingling in the mouth.
The moderate bitterness is nice.
I don't feel like it's brewed while it's cold.
But as the temperature rises, you can tell it's an alcoholic beverage.
I like it while it's cold.
I can see why it's so popular.
I saw the Omagari fireworks for the first time.
We had a special seat on the pier above a customer's warehouse to watch the fireworks until the end.
It was after 25:00 when I arrived home, but I was impressed by the power of the fireworks.
It is nice to see fireworks set to music, isn't it?
Good evening, Go-ni-Go-san ^_^
It's a simple gora nice label👍
Omagari Fireworks is nice.
I want to drink Wakanami.
I want to see the fireworks.
If it's a honjozo, don't forget Isojumma from Shizuoka 😁.
Good morning, Manta-san.
Yes, there was also Isojiman, wasn't there? I don't drink much brewed sake, so I didn't think of it. The momentary brilliance and transience of fireworks. The passion of the pyrotechnicians who put their heart and soul into it. I am deeply moved by it.
A wave of push and a wave of pull
This concept is exactly what it sounds like!
The Omachi also makes for a great flavor expansion in the mouth 🤣.
The flavor of Omachi expands even though it's fire-brewed 😆 and then the sake feeling is pulled out while leaving a small lingering aftertaste 🫥.
I'm hooked on this one 🎯.
