☆.
Since it's the last day of GW, I opened a bottle as a reward: ‼️
It still tastes like it's modern~🍀* 🍀* ゚
I know I'm a bit of a know-it-all.
It's quite a little, but there's still a "tangy" taste.
It was a drink that soothed my fatigue 🥹💖.

Wakanami Honjozo.
This is delicious.
It is a tasty sake with a slight gassiness, sweet flavor, and a refreshing acidity.
It is available at Sake Ogawa.
I like this kind of sake these days😊.
Refreshing sake feeling? I guess you could call it 🤔
Just the right amount of sourness, crisp and delicious ❣️
Oh, thank you T&D 😭💕
Mr. Muro, even here 💕.
Definitely sounds delicious 😚💕.
I just bought some and haven't had a chance to drink it yet: 〰︎😅
I want to taste it as soon as possible! And I want to say it's delicious ❣️ too 😆
Thanks a lot, Tsubu-chan 🤗
I want to praise myself for being able to think this kind of sake is good 😅.
I'm also looking forward to opening a bottle of that thing: ❣️
This is another series I've been accumulating😅.
I got addicted to Wakanami... and bought it, even though I felt it was a bit expensive 🍶.
I was surprised when I drank it... it was so good!
It has a pop of flavor like the "Hiran Nikkomaru" 🤤.
It's rare for Wakanami to be so sharp with a little bitterness.
I want to buy this every year 😍.
And the second day at Yoshidagura u
Juwapichi still alive and well!
The umami is more pronounced 😍.
The extension of the umami is more important than the alcohol at the end 😆.
This is so good!
Buy Sukiyaki Sake to go with Sukiyaki at the Sake Shop
Not the fire-brewed version, but the raw sake version!
It had a muscat-like flavor and was great!
WAKANAMI Junmai Ginjo 720ml

On the first day of the consecutive holidays, I worked in the field for a whole day.
We planted tomatoes and eggplants. I worked hard to make sake and pickled eggplant for the summer.
For dinner, we opened a bottle of Junmai Ginjo following yesterday's Junmai.
Huh? The taste is totally different.
Delicate umami and a little gas. Well balanced and too delicious 🥹.
It's fun to encounter good sake, but it's hard on the wallet and the fridge 😓.
Wakanami Junmai-shu 720ml
Rice polishing ratio: 65
Alcohol content: 15%.
I opened the bottle on Friday after work because the company is on a calendar day.
The cool label gives me a sense of anticipation.
Now, open the bottle.
Well? It has a reputation for being refreshing and fruity, but I didn't feel the nutty richness and lightness.
I guess you can't just imagine it before you drink it.
Is it because the dish I paired it with was Hida beef (5th grade)? Was it because it was served with Hida beef grade 5?
Of course, it was a delicious sake 😋.
I came across Wakanami at the first liquor store I went to in Asahikawa.
I had been curious about this sake for a while, so I bought it without consulting him.
Juicy sake!
It has a nice juicy taste and is easy to drink for me personally.
According to the owner, most Omachi sake rice is produced in Okayama Prefecture, but this sake is a very rare Omachi rice produced in Fukuoka Prefecture.
It was in rare stock at Horiichi, so I bought it immediately!
Gentle sweetness and acidity, with a slight scent of alcohol in the aftertaste.
Maybe the acidity is more pronounced than when I drank it before?
I also felt more alcohol than bitterness.
In any case, it is well-balanced and delicious!
Clear color
Light gasiness and fruity flavor on the palate.
A little banana at the end, with a slight lemon-like bitterness that lingers.
The aftertaste lingers on the upper jaw and makes you want to drink it again.
Today I drank a slightly different series of Wakanami!

You can answer the questions by peeling off the double stickers after drinking the wine.
I could feel the fun of it!
By the way, the mouthfeel was soft and the sweetness was mellow and rich, and even more, the slightly sour piquancy that I felt was great. ☺️
It was really delicious, including the aftertaste, so next time
I would like to buy the regular Shiranami next time!
