Junmai-shu Nama-shu ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Rice polishing ratio 65%, ALC 15%.
This sake has a slightly sweet, refreshing taste with the unique stimulation of namaishu that tingles on the tongue when it hits the palate.

Yum😍🍶✨✨
It's Saturday.
Let's open another bottle 😊🍶.
What kind of logic 🤣💔💔.
I wanted to try Wakanami too 😊🍶🍶.
First.
I started with Junmai Namaishu sake.
Great 😁🍶✨✨
Good aroma.
Taste is right in the middle of my favorite 🤣🍶🍶.
And it's inexpensive 😊.
Like the red sake 😍🍶✨✨
A few years ago
I remember drinking a liqueur 🍸 from Wakanami Brewery
I remember being shocked 🤔🍸.
It's still my #1 liqueur 🍸.
I wanted to drink it again
I started looking for it recently, but
But everything online is out of stock😑💔💔💔.
I wonder if they don't make it anymore 🤔🍸.
Mr. Manachie.
I ate a Shingenmochi collaboration alone at Komeda 😏.
I also had a big hamburger 🍔 with some kind of gracoro 😏🍔.
The wife and kids said they wouldn't eat it 😭.
I love Shingenmochi so it wasn't hard 😊🍔.
Taste: ★★★☆☆☆☆
Cold: ★★★☆☆☆☆☆ Cold
Lukewarm: ★★★☆☆☆☆ Hot
Hot: ★★☆☆☆☆☆☆ Hot
Aroma of green apple, umami, and sweetness from light acidity (the strong impression of sweetness is a characteristic/aim of a young, mainly young brand?) (If the sweetness is reduced a little more, the balance will be better and you may like it.)
Negi-shabu (pork), ramen noodles and rice porridge
Young waves from New Year's Eve to New Year's Eve
Compared to Junmai, it's still beautiful😍.
The fresh aroma of Wakanami is fresh, and the alcohol taste is well preserved, but it disappears quickly 🫥.
I love Wakanami and Hiran from Kyushu!
Of the New Year's Eve and New Year's Day sake stock, I decided to make Wakanami Junmai sake for New Year's Eve and New Year's Day. It has a banana-like flavor typical of Wakanami. It is fresh, lush, and gently sweet, as is typical for a pure sake, and it pulls off easily after a while. It went well with sukiyaki, raw oysters, sudachi soba noodles, and many other things 🍲.
