WAKANAMI Junmai Ginjo Jushinmu Nama Shu 720ml Rice: 95.5% Jushinmu, 4.5% Yamadanishiki Rice polishing ratio: 55 Alcohol content: 15%. This sake was produced in 2025.03. It has been hi-ire (04). The only difference on the outside is the Nama-shu seal. So, let's start with the first sip of the unpasteurized sake. The first sip 👀 suddenly spreads a sour taste. It's amazing, this sourness. Of course, it's not just sour, but it's followed by a delicious sake. It's a strange but unique view of the world 😋.

Good morning Masaaki Sapporo 😃. I received the draft sake in April and when I went to Nagano for GW, I found the fire-brewed one and brought it to you 😃. We have a half a bottle of each left, so we will compare them 😋.
