This sake was produced in 2025.03. It has been hi-ire (04).
The only difference on the outside is the Nama-shu seal.
So, let's start with the first sip of the unpasteurized sake.
The first sip 👀 suddenly spreads a sour taste.
It's amazing, this sourness. Of course, it's not just sour, but it's followed by a delicious sake.
It's a strange but unique view of the world 😋.
