From the first sip, you can't help but nod your head and say, "Ah, Machida's Omachi, this is it! The juicy sweetness and umami wrapped in a tight gassiness.
The juicy sweetness and umami wrapped in a tight, gassy texture fills your mouth with a soft, fluffy, Omachi-like flavor.
However, the Machida brewery's amazing feature is that the aftertaste is pleasant and refreshing.
It has the freshness and transparency that can only come from direct pumping, and it is a bottle that makes us glad we were able to drink it again this year.
The acidity is firm but rounded, giving the impression of being gently wrapped around the entire bottle.
It has a good balance of sweetness, acidity, and umami, giving a sense of security.
I would like to continue to drink Machida Shuzo's "Direct Kumi" series.

The first new sake from Machida Sake Brewery, and it's a direct pumping. Already, that alone is enough to make me excited ♡.
The refreshing aroma of rum and lychee is softly fragrant.
In the mouth, the freshness is accentuated by the slightly sparkling gaseous taste, while it is accompanied by the clean, refreshing taste that is typical of Gohyakumangoku.
The clear sake has a moderate sweetness and gentle acidity. A hint of bitterness tightens the flavor and keeps it clean and cohesive until the end.
It is not too flashy, but the more you drink it, the more addictive it becomes.
This is a juicy, light new sake directly drawn from the bottle that is full of Machida's "character.
This freshness can only be enjoyed now, and we hope you will enjoy this bottle chilled.

The sweetness is firm with a little sourness and bitterness, similar to the Sairai that was opened yesterday. It is also 55% special pure and unfiltered. (But that one is raw and this one is hi-ire...? (But that one is raw and this one is hi-ire...?)
Comparing the two, Machida's is a bit spicier and more refreshing.
