Long time no see Machida Sake Brewery... Aroma: sweet fruity rice flavor... Mouth: sweet, pleasantly bitter, sharp! So fresh! It has a sharpness that is typical of Gohyakumangoku....it can be enjoyed on its own....but today I'm sipping it with "Mackerel Sashimi"....it goes well with the fat of Mackerel....delicious....

Fruity and sweet aroma like pear...gasiness like only direct pumping can give.... Fresh...a moderate bitterness from the sweet taste typical of the Machida brewery...delicious enough to drink on its own...I'm sipping it with a side dish of assorted fish directly from the port of Yawatahama...it goes well with white fish! Sea bream, black porgy, burdock root, red sea bream, white sea bream, mmmm...sea bream is delicious 😋!

The Mid-Autumn Moon! The moon was so spectacular this year that I ran out to buy some Machida sake that I've been saving for an "emergency" all along! I'm so happy to have a "cup of sake with moon viewing" while looking at such a magnificent moon! My friend introduced me to Machida Shuzo as her favorite sake! It was my first time to drink it, but it was fruity and softly sweet! The slight effervescence is also lovely. This is definitely a sake that deserves to be called my favorite! Also, the lady at the store where I went to buy it today was very smiling and friendly, and really nice. She was really nice and said, "Have a nice tsukimi! It was a really great feeling! I will definitely go back to buy Machida sake again! I'm so happy!

Brewed by Machida Shuzo in Maebashi, Gunma Machida Sake Brewery (Machida Shuzo) ????? Triple HATENA special order project We super love Machida Shuzo😍. I was told that the specs are undisclosed, They said it was the last bottle at the liquor store 😣. No other customers were there though, I was in quite a rush 😅 to buy it 😅💰️ I'm so excited 😄 I can't help it ❢. I drank it, As expected of the Machida Sake Brewery＼! There's no way Machida-san could miss it! It's so delicious, too delicious! It also has a slight gassy feeling. This is the "umami" of unfiltered raw sake! Fresh and juicy 🟢🥤! I don't even know what the specs are anymore. Maybe it doesn't matter anymore 😂.

First time at Machida Shuzo😊. First tangy on the tip of the tongue, then it goes down the throat and a little fluffy 🍶. Delicious ‼︎ It was a nice sake to refresh me on a hot summer day 😆.

Machida Shuzo is becoming a favorite. It is sweet and juicy with a nice, refreshing aftertaste. The sweetness doesn't linger in the second half, so you can go all the way through! I don't think it had as much bitterness in the aftertaste as other types. I like that bitterness, but it's no substitute for deliciousness 😄. Thank you for the food👍

Summer Vacation☀ Sushi no Kura in Sapporo🍣 1st 🍶. Machida Sake Brewery in Gunma. It has a gorgeous ginjo aroma and sweetness. A delicious one that seems to be popular with everyone. Plenty of tachi. They say that customers come from all over Japan to eat this. No, that's an exaggeration 🤣It's just plain delicious.
