Following yesterday's Machida Shuzo Nigori, today we had a Jungin Sumi Sake from the same Machida Shuzo 😇.
I wish we could have had the same Miyamanishiki nigori and sumi sake or the same Tokujun nigori and sumi sake for the sake comparison 🤣.
I'm quite jealous of my friend Nao888 who compared Miyamanishiki nigori and sumi-shu 😀.
That said, the comparison was quite enjoyable as well 😀.
As you can imagine, it had a core but also fruity and clear taste 😀.
We are nigori enthusiasts who love nigori, and considering the rice flavor and sweetness, we liked the nigori better in our house, although only slightly 😀.
