Machida Sake Brewery is often seen at Sake no Wa! Not many liquor stores around me sell it, and it took me a long time before I decided to drink it, but I was able to purchase it ✨. It has a muscat-like aroma and a chili gasiness. It has a beautiful mouthfeel and the sweetness is juicy and expansive, and the acidity is soaring through the nose. I've had other sake like this before, but it's refreshing and easy to drink. As others have said, it is certainly a good value for money. It is a common taste, but I think this one is the most refreshing 🤔.

Good evening, HinaHanaMama! I think it is indeed in line with HinaHanaMama's taste! It has no spiciness, and maybe a bit of bitterness because it is from Gohyakumangoku, but it is sweet and tasty without being Gohyakumangoku. There are other sake rice varieties as well, so please come to Gunma!

☀️ Sweet, tasty and slightly sour 😚. A little bit of gas 🫧. A sense of umami typical of Machida brewery 😋. I felt it was so typical of the Machida brewery that I wanted to call it "the Machida sake 🍶" 🤗.

⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎ This is delicious! Not too sweet, not too heavy, a refreshing aftertaste, but it also leaves a nice aftertaste.............................. I'd love to try it...I've seen three other brands with the same rice and different types of rice.

Triple Hatena? What the heck is this? I have to buy it! The information is: unfiltered, draft, directly pumped, 16 degrees only! My impression is that it's slightly effervescent, sweet and mildly bitter, not fruity. However, once the fizziness goes away, it becomes fruity!

Next up was Machida Shuzo's special junmai Miyamanishiki Nigori. I happened to be in the Sakanamachi shopping district in Morioka City, and stopped by the key shop for a while. There was a lot to choose from, and I was looking at the refrigerator, wondering what to do. I was looking at the fridge when my eyes fell on Machida Shuzo. 😁 I was sure that Machida's shuwa shuwa type must be delicious! I bought it. It didn't take much time to open the bottle. It was sweet and slightly sour. Oh, this is the one that goes swishy! 😅 Almost finished it in no time. It was very tasty. P.S. This may be an unnecessary comment, but the owner and his brother had a stiff expression on their faces, as if they thought we were first-time customers. I was a little bit nervous because of the hard expression on the face of the owner and his brother. I was not sure if they thought I was a first-time customer or not 🤔. I don't mean to be unfriendly, but I think it's a shame when a big guy gives you a stern look. Did I seem like such a bothersome customer? 😓

Machida Shuzo, Special Junmai Drinking Comparison 🍶. Miyamanishiki. This one was made in 2025.2, but the quality was perfect! This one was sweeter and juicier, and had a sense of matured umami as well as a gentle bitterness. It was delicious with a nice aftertaste. I think that the Gohyakumangoku is lighter in sweetness, while the Miyamanishiki is thicker in sweetness and umami. Both have their own merits, and I liked them both 😆👍Thank you for the food 🙏🙏.

Machida Sake Brewery, Special Junmai Drink Comparison 🍶. I bought it with the free shipping campaign but it was manufactured in 2024,12😱 Is it ok? It was ok 😄 First, the Gohyakumangoku. The freshness had calmed down, but the sweetness and juiciness were still there. It has a nice aftertaste with a gentle bitterness. It tasted like it had matured well.

At Nihon Shu-Tsubaki in Jujo. Not quite fizzy, but a bit sharp. It tastes like sakekasu. It has a sharp but not harsh aftertaste. Date of production: February 2024
