Hatsubon! The whole family gathered!
Three children. Six grandchildren. 6 great-grandchildren. A total of 20 people, including spouses of children and grandchildren 🤗 The bottle was opened secretly in a corner where people were enjoying themselves.
The color is cool and clear, reminiscent of early summer sunlight. The aroma is a pleasant harmony of fresh fruity aromas reminiscent of green apples and white peaches with a slight lactic acid nuance. On the palate, the rich umami and clear acidity come together to create a cool sensation on the palate. The finish is firm and crisp, yet lingers gently, never getting tired of drinking.
It's been a while since I had an Ice Breaker, and I enjoyed it 😋 My sister took some leftover sake home with her, as usual 🤭.
I want another bottle for top-heating 😅
Hello, Tsukemogami!
It was a grand party with a total of 20 relatives gathered for the first Obon 🎵.
I can imagine a lively and good atmosphere 😁✨✨.
ICE Breaker is the perfect summer drink 😋!
Hello, Attached Mourning God 🐦.
Wow! It looks like a very lively and fun Obon 😊and you are secretly drinking 🎶and the label is so cute, can you come to see your great-grandchildren? I haven't had a drink in a while too 😊...
Good morning, ma-ki-chan 🍶 We don't get together unless it is something like this, and I think this will be the last time we will get together again. I think this will be the last time we will be able to get together again. I had it straight 😋.
Pon, good morning 🍶 It's 500ml 🤭 If we all drank it, it would be over in one sip 😅 One of my great-grandchildren has learned to uncork the beer and pour it around 🤗 Please do drink it 🍶.
Hello, Attached Mourning God 😃.
A banquet with a total of 20 people in one place is awesome 🤗
I envy you because I don't have a family with enough people to gather that many 🥹I wonder if you wouldn't recognize us two if we mixed 🤔 maybe next time we'll go for a drink in the corner 😆.
Hi Jay & Nobby 🍶.
We had a big feast in our 8 tatami mat room. I'm sure your mother would have loved it 😀.
Don't say "Sumikko", just go ahead and put it in the middle of the room 🤗 and bring some good Sake instead 🤭.
This is Tamagawa's Yamahai Yamadanishiki 2016BY.
Natural brewing series with between 20 and 21 degrees alcohol by volume 😉.
This one also shipped this February.
Of course hot 🍶.
The top aroma is slightly sweet.
It has a mildly sweet flavor that is very satisfying on the palate.
The Tamagawa naturally brewed series has the image of being fully fermented, but it is quite sweet.
It may be due to the high potential of Yamada-Nishiki 🤔.
It was quite delicious 🍶✨️
Commentary.
The "Yamahai" series is a staple of Tamagawa. This junmai sake is rich in acid and amino acids, born from a yeast-free yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast. The five tastes are powerfully expressed and the richness and sharpness are outstanding.
In addition to this product, there are seasonal limited editions such as "White Label" and "Different Genmai Variety".
This is the second Ice Breaker this season. Again, the taste was typical of summer sake, moderately sweet and typical of modern sake. That is the beauty of Tamagawa.
I enjoyed a little of the miscellaneous sake from the same series that I drank when I brewed my previous plum wine, so I bought some Omachi.
I wanted to drink it at room temperature, so I left it raw for a bit.
The aroma is of soy sauce, mirin, and rice.
When you drink it, you can taste the sweetness and the sourness that comes through slowly, and the aftertaste is savory and sweet, like dashi or soy sauce.
The aftertaste is savory and sweet like chocolate.
It has a high alcohol content, which makes you feel a little bit sick, but you can't help but drink it slowly!
Drink it slowly over a few days.
When served cold, the sweet and sour sourness and the mildness of the soup stock make it much easier to drink than one would expect.
When hiya-dashi, the sourness rounds out a bit and the sake is soft and mild.
When heated, it is like cooked rice, with a hint of mitarashi.
The change in temperature is also delicious.
At the end of last month, on the second Ox day of the year, I drank it with eel and it went great with it! The savory and sweet sauce goes perfectly with eel, and I want to drink it with eel again.
I've been dancing to Gennai Hiraga's tune every year, but I can't help it because it's so delicious.
Good morning, Kotaro!
Sake goes perfectly with eel! I thought it would go well with the expression "mitarashi" 😍I would love to try pairing it with eel and mitarashi dumplings 🍶.
Hi ichiro18, ☀️
The taste like mitarashi or dashi, it went really well with eel 🥳 and dumplings definitely go well with it too ‼️ I've been chivvying and still have some left, maybe I should go buy some 😆.
Reminiscence of a one-day drinking trip to Kanazawa [Daigo] Part 5
The all-you-can-drink time is almost over, so it's time to order some unique drinks for the finish line.
Tamagawa Junmai Ginjo Omachi!
Aged aroma like a herb, a refreshing taste against the aroma on the palate, and a latent ginjo aroma on the back of the nose that lingers even after it finishes.
This sake was made under the concept of combining the best of both aroma and flavor to the maximum extent possible.
This sake was made to be drunk on the rocks.
When I first tried it straight, I felt the richness and umami strongly!
When I added ice, it changed to a refreshing and mellow sake, which was delicious. ☺️
Actually, I heard that it tastes good heated up, so I tried it and it went well~! It was so delicious!
It was only 500ml, so I finished it in no time. ❤️
Masaaki Sapporo, thanks for your comment, I didn't realize it was 100 check-ins myself 😆 Thanks! It was so good 😋 I'd love to try other Tamagawa drinks too!
