Sake with a strong punch and sharpness. It is not at all harsh despite its high alcohol content. You can taste the sweetness of rice on the way. The aftertaste is refreshing.
I bought it at the end of the year and opened the bottle now that the cherry blossoms are falling. 🌸
Fuyuko's nigori is probably inspired by the snow in Kyotango.
Tamagawa's sake has a classical and heavy image, but Fuyuko is light. But it tastes like Tamagawa's typical dry sake. 😋😋😋😋
This is my first Tamagawa.
I was attracted to Yamahai and bought it.
It is very thick and juicy. It has a lot of peculiarities and is so thick that it seems to have been concentrated. The alcohol content seems to be 20 degrees, so it is a big hit.
The acidity and sweetness are both thick and intense.
As time goes by, the smell disappears and it becomes easier to drink. Surprisingly addictive?
Old sake na Tamagawa
Habitual aroma, Shaoxing-like attack. Mellow, full-bodied dry taste. It goes in smoothly and has a full-bodied aftertaste.
Accompanied by pounded firefly squid. The squid is lightly seared, cut into small pieces, and combined with chopped fresh onion.
We enjoyed the harmony of the full-bodied taste 🤣.
Have you ever seen "The Mummy Mermaid"? I saw it on TV. However, I was disappointed to find out that the mermaid mummy was a fake, a combination of a monkey's upper body and a fish (is there a real mermaid mummy?). (Is there a real one?).
I knew it was a fake from the beginning, but I was still entertained.
This "nigorizake" was apparently fire-aged. In a sense, it is a "mermaid mummy-like" nigorizake.
When I tried to open the bottle, the stopper was very hard. Why is it so hard? Is there some kind of demon sealed in the bottle? I pried it open with my fingernails white and finally found the top.
...This is just ordinary Tamagawa, isn't it?
When mixed together, it became a little bit cloudy. Well, it tastes good, but I wonder if it is necessary.
Degree of buying again 4/10
Come to think of it, I haven't watched any UFO specials for a long time. Mr. Yaoi, we are looking forward to your next one.
#Drinking at home
Yes, yes, this is it.
The strong acidity and umami come through strongly, and the aroma of Omachi is also strong.
The slight bitterness adds thickness to the flavor, and the long aftertaste is truly heavyweight deliciousness.
The Tamagawa-busi is in full swing, as if to say, "This is it.
We hope that this flavor will continue to be enjoyed in the future.
I wanted to drink hot sake in January and bought this sake after consulting with the store owner!
I told him my request at the time was that I was a beginner in hot sake but wanted something drinkable ❗️ and he recommended this one. The waitress laughed a little 😆.
From the aroma!
Hmm? Unique, what is it? There's something thicker,...
Then, take a sip! Cold!
・・・・・❓・・・・❓
This is...
Soy sauce? (Laughs)
It's not that bad when drunk hot, but it was shocking the first time I tried it (laughs).
It's a sake with such a strong umami flavor. I would not recommend this to beginners, but if you like it, you'll love this sake. ❗️
Good evening, Mr. Yoshiyoshi😃.
I've got Tamagawa-san, who got it with a firm request ‼️ we've never had it 🥲 but I can imagine what it's like 😅I'm sure it's irresistible 😋 to those who love it 🤗I'm a little curious!
Thanks again, Jay & Nobby 🙇 Tamagawa's brewery is a summer staple for ice breakers❓ but it was nothing like that image! Try to buy it after a few years of trying different things 😆.

Since many people were in Kyoto on the day, I thought I'd bring out Tamagawa to drink Kyoto's sake. The brewery is in the northern part of the city though😅.
I had two bottles in stock at home, and I was wondering which one I should drink, over 19 degrees and under 20 degrees, or over 18 degrees and under 19 degrees. Don't tell me there's an error or something 😆.
I opened this one which seems to be limited edition.
Uha, it has the full-blown "kamishige" character. The first sip is sweet, but then the strength of the alcohol comes in like you've been hit with a gunshot. It's a strength that Nosaku's gugumi-nomi can't show off 🤣It's a great drink. It is good as a food sake, but it is also good to drink it by itself to savor the strength. Recommended for a dominatrix? 🤣
It needs to be refrigerated, but you don't have to. It tastes best at room temperature or above.
Hi TOMO 😊
It's okay because the brewery people said!
Would you prefer to be a dominatrix or a perverted drink lover (please type punctuation wherever you like 😆)?
