Nice with ice! Strong, clean, and slightly creamy.
Banana, curaçao, coconut cream, almond paste, butterscotch, Asian pear.
Indeed summery, like a pool party—though I could see it working any time of year, honestly.
As the ice melts and waters it down the experience changes. Initially it’s full of flavour but a little strong, then it’s quite light and smooth and refreshing.
A little more acidity might’ve been nice.
I’ve been enjoying this over about two weeks, still really good!

Sake limited to Tamagawa's brewery 🍶.
The aroma is sweet and sour with a full-bodied flavor.
In the mouth, it has a citrus-like acidity, rich umami, and sweetness.
It's so good!
This is the first time I thought Tamagawa was good 😅.
It looks like it would be good heated up.
I like to drink this kind of sake little by little 😘.
I'll have to go to the brewery to buy some.

The last one is Tamagawa, which you all know.
This one was purchased not locally but at a liquor store in the Hanshin area.
I wonder if "naturally brewed" means no yeast is added?
It's dark and strong, but the sweetness is very nice.
It's like an easier to drink version of Raku-no-Se?
I think Tamagawa is the most delicious of all 🤔.
Also, I drank a sample of Kibotsuru before I bought it, and it tasted like I could buy it with confidence 😋.
I also drank 2 types of Gizaemon (probably raw sake) and Aizu Homare chocolate sake, but I didn't take any pictures so I'll leave those out!
I know it's a liqueur, but the chocolate one is really good!

This is a Yamahai from the Natural Brewing Series.
The specs seem to be 19 degrees Celsius.

Standard Tamagawa sake, served warm at 60°C.
Alcoholic aroma. It has a fresh, ripe, orange-like flavor.
The alcohol-like spiciness comes out strongly and is very sharp. Surprisingly, I think it is one of the driest of its kind. The brand image of Tamagawa has changed somewhat.
One week after opening the bottle, at 45°C. At 50℃, it was a little spicy and in between the two.
At room temperature one month after opening the bottle, it still has a dried orange-like fruitiness, and the taste opens up nicely.
It is a new sake, so you can feel its youthfulness, but it also has a light sense of fresh ripeness. It will gain depth again after a period of time at room temperature.

The next day I went drinking alone again. Whenever I go to Tokyo Station these days, I always stop by. I was surprised to find a summery blue bottle with an ice breaker? I was told that it is recommended to drink it with ice. Is that what it is? First of all, I tried it. The taste is sweet and tasty, but it's very strong. As the ice melts, it gets better.

Alcohol: 19% abv.
Highly alcoholic, thick, full-bodied and slightly sweet, with a heavy mouthfeel.
It has a heavy and heavy mouthfeel, but it has a strange sensation of being sharp and refreshing.
Highly alcoholic and drinkable, it can be drunk slowly.

This product was inspired by Mya-chan, the signature cat of the Tamagawa Sake Brewery.
The mellow aroma and gentle taste coexist and are delicious!
I have had Time Machine from Tamagawa Shuzo, but that was an old sake, so it was quite different and interesting!
I am glad to see many pictures of Mya-chan on their website 🥰.
