Tamagawa after a long time for drinking at home
Dark but firm sweetness. Strong powerful umami from the complexity with a little acidity.
It's a raw sake, but it has a sense of security that it seems to be fine even if it's rolled properly 😁.
I was hesitant and went for the fast brewing Omachi raw, which I've never had before, but I think I would have preferred the Yamahai 🤔.
Hi tomo 😃
To be honest, I liked the Yamahai better, but I always buy the ones I've never had 💦.
I had to let it stand in the hallway for a few days because my fridge was full 🤣.
Hi bonken, ☀️
I've had a few of the miscellaneous sake ones and the Omachi Yamahai a while ago and I'd like to try more Tamagawa! I've never had a fast brew before so I'll try it when I see it 👍Tamagawa, thank goodness I don't have to worry about storing it🤣.
Hello Kotaro 😃
I see you drank the miscellaneous liquor one 😳.
Tamagawa has a kind of wild strength that is consistent even if the specs are different 🤔.
The toji also seems to say it's fine at room temperature so that's a relief 😁.
Enjoying delicious sake with the brewer 202511
Tamagawa's booth.
We visited again this year just before the end of the event.
◉Tamagawa Junmai Daiginjo Tamaryu (Yamahai) Blue Bottle
I don't remember seeing much Tamagawa in blue bottles other than ice breakers. The rice was highly polished, which is rare for Tamagawa, and the price was top class. The Tamagawa taste is still sweet and delicious, with a refreshing acidity.
◉Tamagawa Zoshu (Yamahai) White Label Unfiltered Nama-shu
Mild sweetness and a crisp sake feel. It has a bitter aftertaste. The alcohol content is 22.3 degrees, making it a miscellaneous sake.
I tried heating it up, but the astringent taste from the amino acids made it a little bitter.
◉Tamagawa Junmai Ginjo Omachi Unfiltered Nama-shu
This sake has a rich and wild omachi character. The caramel and bitter aftertaste makes it a solidly delicious sake.
Time was running out, so we hurried to the next booth.
I had given up on this season because it was sold out at a local sake shop in Yosano, but I happened to find it at a Keihan department store I stopped by.
But I happened to find it at Keihan Department Store.
The 8th Osaka Takashimaya Sake Festival (2)
From here, we joined Uma-san and went around together.
He is a very energetic brewer, isn't he? He seemed to be a very nice guy 😁.
We drank
Hitokui-iwa Hi-ire
Special Honjozo? I wonder if it is?
Unlike the image of Tamagawa, it was refreshing and somewhat light and dry.
Junmai Omachi Yamahai Unfiltered Nama-shu
It was dark and heavy, but had a good sweetness.
Junmai Ginjyo Omachi Unfiltered Nama-junshu
It is a little more reserved than Yamahai with a touch of sweetness and omachi character. I wrote "heavy" but there were also glimpses of cleanliness, and it was also delicious.
Hello bouken-san!
I haven't tasted the Hitokuiwa yet, but I see that it is light and dry 😳I think I prefer the naturally brewed (Yamahai) Omachi Tamagawa that you have also tasted 😋!
