☀️
I thought it was a crane, but it was a stork 🙄.
First of all, cold sake 🧊.
It is almost amber in color.
It has a strong acidity and a slight umami.
It has an aroma of maturity and alcohol, "the sake" 🍶.
Next is heated sake: ♨️
I got it at 60 degrees.
The acidity and alcohol are noticeable 🧐.
When it dropped down to about 50-45 degrees, the acidity settled down and the texture mellowed out.
I can also detect a light nutty sweetness 😊.
About 45 degrees was the best time to drink it.
Heated sake is interesting to search for the right drinking temperature 😉.
Hi Hiro 😃
I see! Is it better to raise the temperature of heated sake and then let it cool down 🥰.
I haven't been drinking the sake lately so I'd love to have a glass of heated sake 😊.
Good evening, ichiro18 😃.
My father, who runs a heated sake shop, told me, "You can enjoy heated sake more if you start it at a warmer temperature than the optimum temperature ♨️" 😄It's the season for heated sake to go with oden🍢.
After work. I drank Tamagawa for the first time in a while.
It has a unique bitter flavor, but it's also very sharp 🍶.
As I get more and more into Japanese sake, I'm starting to like this kind of austere sake 🤣.
Purchased at Kinoshita Sake Brewery on a trip to Kumihama.
It was dry, refreshing and easy to drink, but I personally prefer sweet sake.
Degree of preference:★★⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎
Freshly made 18 degrees. It has a slight fizzy feeling (maybe just a feeling) due to its freshness and spiciness. Tango sake tends to be sweet though. Well, I guess there are tastes, but 75 points.
My sister sent me this 🍶.
Dark color, strong aroma of maturity...
But the aroma is fresh, which is a contradiction and confuses me...
It's more acidic and fresh.
It has a fresh aftertaste, but...
It's a matured wine.
It may be a totally different genre from other Tamagawa.
I like this kind of thing, too.
I can be whatever I want.
