Sake from Okinawa, the gateway to conquering the whole country
I visited Okinawan restaurants but couldn't find it, and visited antenna shops but unfortunately they were out of stock 😢.
So I cheated and had a good time 😅.
The taste is as you wrote, a little bit strong with a strong alsodzuke taste.
Now there are only 3 prefectures left to conquer!
But why Tokyo and Osaka are still left... 👀!
As a person who likes to drink outside, I'm searching for the rest to drink at a restaurant 💪.
Good evening, N.E. 😃
I don't think you can find Okinawan antenna store 🥲I think you can find it if you go out for a drink but that's difficult 😅I think you can find sake izakaya🏮 in the remaining 3 prefectures🤗Almost there 🤗‼️
Good evening Jay & Nobby 😃.
Thank you for all the favs 😆.
I don't drink at home much so I'm not used to visiting liquor stores and I'm an amateur in choosing where to get it 😅.
Sake Izakaya, right, thanks for the advice 👍️
I got it as a souvenir from my son 😊It had quite a punch when I opened the bottle, but as time went by, it got sweeter and even more delicious and refreshing 🤤.
Okinawa ✨🐰, the most difficult to conquer in the whole country of Sake no Wa.
I bought it during the Hankyu Kuramoto Festival because I was told where it was sold.
I think the most important elements of sake are rice production ✨cold climate ✨famous water ✨but this sake brewed in Okinawa is said to be completely temperature-controlled, allowing brewing in all four seasons.
The day we drank it, there was an uchiage at work, so we all drank it together. I don't know about the rice used, but the first impact was a bit of a peculiar sourness, and some people thought it was rough 😅.
When I told a customer from Okinawa that I drank Okinawan sake the other day, he was surprised to hear that they have Okinawan sake. He was surprised to hear that we have Okinawan sake.
Rabbit, congratulations on conquering the difficult task of Okinawa㊗️🎊It's not well known even to Okinawans, more and more precious✨I drank the fully temperature controlled product a long time ago, so I have a hazy memory of the taste😅.
Good morning, Usagi-san! Congratulations on your conquest of Okinawa🎊I also got some information from the people at Sake-no-wa, so I hope to conquer Okinawa soon! It is great that you continue to make sake while struggling in Okinawa, isn't it?
Hello, Usagi-Goden 😃!
Okinawa conquest! Congratulations 🎉!
It's well known in the salmon straw world, but I guess it's not so well known in Okinawa and made with a lot of hard work 😌.
This is good to share with everyone 🤗.
Hi 🐰, 👋😃I wanted to cheer you up for your efforts even though the environmental conditions are different from the mainland 👊I'm not yet in Okinawa sake, so I'm looking forward to one day and one day and one day 😁.
Congratulations on your conquest of Okinawa, Usagi 🐰🎉🎊!
That's a relief 😊and I'm glad you were able to drink with us all 😁And a relief too👍.
If I could get one too, I would drink it with all my heart in many ways 😊.
Congratulations to Usagi🐇🐰 for conquering Okinawa: ㊗️
I know exactly what you mean when you say it has a rough structure with a peculiar sourness at first impact 🥲.
I envy 🐰🐇 rabbit🐇🐰 for having a friend to drink Okinawan sake with😅!
Hello Usagigoden, ☀️
Congratulations on conquering the difficult task of Okinawa🎊
It's a very peculiar and rough sake 😅.
I bought a bottle of Reimei too, but I think I'm going to have to empty the 4th bottle by myself 😆.
Good evening, Mr. Wakata 🐰
I was able to buy the most difficult Okinawa sake thanks to everyone at the Sakénawa Kansai offline meeting💕.
I guess the sake is brewed for the people in other prefectures because Awamori is drunk locally.
Good evening, Mr. Hirupeko.
I think the people at the Sake-no-wa Kansai Off-line Meeting are too many secret agents of some kind 🤣.
I'm always grateful for all the information about alcohol 🎶.
Good evening, Jay & Nobby 🐰
I heard that people who traveled to Okinawa had 300ml of Reimei, but here we only had 720ml 😅 If you drink it at home, you can enjoy it at different temperatures, such as lukewarm 🎶.
Good evening, Mr. pyonpyon 🐰
Once Okinawa Sake is filled, you will be able to conquer the whole country in no time! You can reach the goal at once with your unpublished works 🎶🎶.
Good evening, Pon-chan 🐰
Pon-chan, you have two more places to go before you conquer the whole country ✨Let's work hard in the last spurt as we are both on the verge of the goal🎶.
3KAN4ON Good evening 🐰
I'm glad you can share my thoughts on the drink ✨ It takes a lot of courage to buy 720ml 😅 If I had opened it alone at home, it would have definitely ended up in the cooking wine section.
Maru-san, good evening 🐰.
That would be fine for the next meeting of the Bring Your Own Kansai Off-line Meeting 🤣 pyonpyon-san, I'm sure Pon-chan will be pleased 😸.
I never thought I'd be in Aomori.
I never thought I could drink Okinawan Reimei in Aomori. 、、、、、、
Finally, I've conquered the whole country!
Taste?
Well, it's a classic sake!
Reimei
As we could drink sake from all 47 prefectures, we first chose a sake from Okinawa, which is not often seen.
Although the sake did not taste as impressive as I had expected, I was satisfied that I was able to drink Okinawan sake.
Reimei Honjozo Josen Seishu
Tonight, the last day of my business trip, I went to a store selling sake....
I asked if they had any sake from Tottori, Kumamoto, Miyazaki, and Okinawa, and they replied that they did... 🙆♀️
I asked for a pour 😋 and attacked it expecting to see what kind of sake it would be✨ Hmmm, well, it's normal. I had a preconceived notion that because it was Okinawan, it would be a bit like awamori, a special kind of sake, but it's a perfectly normal sake. It wasn't bad, it wasn't particularly sweet or fruity, and I could enjoy it as a food sake.
I asked for a small 300ml bottle, but they only had a four-pack 🫙.
The top aroma is...almost non-existent.
When you put it in your mouth, you can taste a slight brown sugar-like richness and aroma.
It was a very sharp sake, as is typical of aluzoe.
By the way, I had no idea that there was sake in Okinawa until I started drinking Sake-no-wa.
It's a very effective advertising campaign, isn't it?
I wonder if Sake-no-wa is also monetizing the sake?
Good morning, Matsuchiyo-san: ☀️
Congratulations on getting Okinawan sake 🎉!
It's true, I didn't know there was sake in Okinawa until I learned about it here😅.
Today we drank at an izakaya where you can drink sake from all over Japan.
It has been a long time since I drank at a place other than my favorite yakitori restaurant or went out to drink at 7:00 p.m., which is around dinner time.
Since we were able to enjoy sake from all over Japan, we had a chance to try some rare sakes.
The first sake was Taiseki Shuzo's Honjozo Reimei Kami-Sen.
The aroma is not so strong.
In the mouth, it has a robust taste, followed by a smooth and bitter taste in the latter half.
I had an image of Awamori, so I imagined it to be more dry, but it was delicious, with a sake-like taste and a hint of sweetness in the last half.
Good morning, ma-ki-san!
I'm so glad you got Okinawa and Miyazaki, you are so close to conquering the whole country 😆👍I'm glad there are izakayas like this one! I guess I'll have to resort to drinking out in Okinawa too😅
Thank you, Pon.
I learned the joy of drinking sake from all over Japan when I met Sake no Wa 🎵.
I didn't even know there was sake from Okinawa😲.
I hope to continue to enjoy drinking a variety of sake 😊.
Hello, ma-ki-chan!
You have easily cleared Okinawa, which is considered to be the most difficult to conquer the whole country 😁.
I've seen your other posts, but it seems like you can conquer the whole country with just one restaurant 😆.
I'll have to go out and drink "Reimei" myself 😅.
Thank you, Gyve.
I really enjoyed 🎵 this kind of restaurant 🎵.
Drinking at home is fun, but drinking outside is also very energetic and lively in the space 😁.
It's also fun to drink sake that you don't know ✨.
Good evening, ma-ki-😄.
Congratulations on clearing the dawn 😁.
I like the idea of a restaurant where you can drink sake from all 47 prefectures in Japan! I'd like to try sakes from Okinawa, Kagoshima and Miyazaki too 🍶.
Thank you, Aladdin.
I also saw sugiz's post about stores with sake from all over the country and thought it looked fun 🎵 and that's how I ended up here 😊.
It was fun because you don't often come across sakes from Okinawa and Kyushu ✨.
First, Reimei & Okinawa: ‼️
I had a pretty classic image, but it was completely unexpected: ‼️
It was not too sweet, but it was easy to drink.
It is not too fruity and easy to drink.
I bought it at an antenna store a while back. Although I think it is rare, it is nice to be able to get it if you go to Yurakucho 😌.
When you open the bottle and pour it, you can smell the retro-inspired aroma.
The aroma is as strong as that of shochu or awamori, and it gradually becomes addictive!
The mouthfeel is smooth, partly due to the fact that it is a honjozo, but the flavors come through very strongly, and it has a presence that sets it apart from other honjoze.
The flavor is full-bodied and full of mushrooms such as shiitake mushrooms. The tangy, pungent and sour flavors also combine to give it an old-fashioned feel!
My brain feels like I've unearthed an old book or newspaper👍.
I have yet to see a junmai type of this, but I am just curious...!
And the last of the 4th round is a battle between Kochi and Kanagawa 👁.
