A few months ago, I was going to buy some at a liquor store in Yodobashi, but they were sold out💦.
I was told there was some by Nurukan Sato at an offline meeting, but it was 💦 at the end of the day.
I saw that Jive-san had revisited the store and decided to take this opportunity to go to Osaka, so I called the night before to ask if I could drink it,
I called the night before and asked if I could drink it, but was told that there was less than one batch left and the stock was undecided.
I decided to take the chance and go the next day at lunch time!
I don't know how many times I prayed for it to be left while riding the Shinkansen 🤣.
Arrived at Osaka station and went to Grand Front 💨 at a quick pace.

Somewhat like Awamori 🤔.
It is difficult to match "Reimei" with sashimi because of the impact of koji.
I wonder if it would go well with sweets seasoned with brown sugar or mineral-rich salty taste such as tempura of mozuku seaweed like in Okinawa 🤔.

The main taste is sweet and sour with a little soupiness, and the sake is surprisingly easier to drink than its previous reputation.
I have the impression that the acidity is strong, but according to a sake professional, it is because the temperature is high.
Later, they blended it with other mellow sakes and warmed it up, and the acidity became milder and it was delicious. ♨️
The forecast was for midwinter-like cold, so I was nervous 🤧 to join the event, but when we arrived at the pier, the wind was calm, the boat was uncovered but had a simple kotatsu, and the person who was heating the sake invited us to join him!
As you can see in the photo, it was a fun cruise on the boat, enjoying the magic hour of Osaka Castle, the buildings of Nakanoshima & the moon 🚤.

I brought a bottle that I had purchased in January at the sake cellar in the basement of the Liubou department store and stored in the refrigerator. Is this Awamori? No, no, no, it is the only sake I brought from Okinawa!

I was in Uruma City, but didn't have time to stop by Taiseki Sake Brewery, so I bought it on Kokusai Dori. Nakamura Sake Brewery always seems to have Reimei Junmai Sake in stock at the beginning of the month, but now they are out of stock at the end of the month... 🥲.

The sweetness is very noticeable. It is that kind of sweetness because brewing alcohol is added, but it is a little different. It is not so sharp, and the sweetness remains in the mouth.
As the package says, it is a local sake unique to Okinawa. The ingredients, manufacturing process, and flavor are completely different from those of sake. I see 🤔.
It doesn't go well with sashimi 🙁.
I wonder, it might go well with raftage or chanpuru after all!
