🐶 Got it from a hometown. It has a peculiar taste. It came in a pack of 2. What should I do? I left it for 2 weeks and it got rid of the habit and became sweeter and tastier. Ho🐶

さいたに
It's kind of a robust drink. The person in attendance said it was similar to fin sake, and that it was savory. The waiter told us that there is only one sake brewer in Okinawa. Accompanied by sashimi. It was fresh!

おにぎり🍙
Sake from the only sake brewery in Okinawa Prefecture. Perhaps it is because of the difficulty of fermentation due to its location, but the aroma that leaves the mouth and nose is quite unique. It is so unique that it can be roughly classified into Okinawa (Reimei) and others. It may not be suitable for those who are not good at sake. It is quite sharp.

海獺
Sake degree +8 Acidity 1.9 Alcohol content 16%. I asked someone who went to Okinawa to buy it for me, but he said it was very hard to find a place where it was sold. I was grateful to have it. It has a lot of flavor and little sweetness, with a crisp aftertaste that goes well with just about anything.

LUCFER
720ml only 3000yen? Alcohol 16%, Rice polishing ratio 70%, Sake degree +8, Acidity 1.9, I ordered it from Amazon and it finally arrived almost 3 months later 💢I might have avoided waiting so long if I had ordered it from Rakuten (‼️), as well as the price 🤔It has a sour and spicy taste that goes well with grilled fish with a salty taste, but otherwise it is not to my liking. It is not so good for other things.

Hi LUCFER, nice to meet you. I think you were actually planning to complete your national conquest with this one, weren't you? I was wondering if you were planning to complete the national championship? 3 months is a long time to wait 😭.

For the fifth cup, I went for "Reimei"! It's a delicious taste with a stronger sweetness than the last time I drank it and a stronger awamori feel than ever before! I've had it a few times and it was probably the best ✨.

Yasushi Aihara
An Okinawan sake that you will probably never see again. It is indeed sake, but it has a sweet aftertaste. It is like awamori. It is a strange sake when you think it is sake, but it was a taste I would like to drink with Okinawan food!

I could finally drink! A few months ago, I was going to buy some at a liquor store in Yodobashi, but they were sold out💦. I was told there was some by Nurukan Sato at an offline meeting, but it was 💦 at the end of the day. I saw that Jive-san had revisited the store and decided to take this opportunity to go to Osaka, so I called the night before to ask if I could drink it, I called the night before and asked if I could drink it, but was told that there was less than one batch left and the stock was undecided. I decided to take the chance and go the next day at lunch time! I don't know how many times I prayed for it to be left while riding the Shinkansen 🤣. Arrived at Osaka station and went to Grand Front 💨 at a quick pace. I called last night, is there any Reimei left? "Yes, we have some for a small drink. I'll take it. ‼️ The waiters burst out laughing. They brought me a bottle of Reimei even if I didn't tell them. Strong aroma, acidity and alcohol. Even the Honjozo has a slightly strong taste. It's "for people who like strong sake", but it's totally delicious! It went well with fatty sashimi 😊. I feel like I've done a great job! Thank you God, everyone at Sake no Wa 🙏✨
