Today we will enjoy a bottle of Dainichi Junmai Namaishige Namaishige from Fukushima Prefecture's Dainichi Sake Brewery.
We will enjoy a bottle of Dainichi Junmai Namaishige Namawara Sake from Dainichi Shuzo, a local sake brewery in Fukushima Prefecture!
The aroma is mild.
The taste is sweet and has a deep flavor of a sake made from a traditional sake yeast.
It is delicious!
It is easy to drink, with a strong but not heavy flavor.
The interesting bitterness comes along with the sweetness, and leaves a strong impression.

Drank it warmed.
It is dry with a strong umami flavor.
It also has a sourness.

This Daishichi kobashi is a popular sake among local drinkers 🤭.
The real drinkers who say "I can't drink sake that tastes like water" recommend this one 🤣.
The taste and sharpness are unique to the Daishichi Sake Brewery, which insists on using only the finest sake yeast for making its sake.
And yet it's not hard to drink!
I recommend heating it up, but this time of year it's best served cold 😋.
Love Fukushima 🥰 from Tokyo too!
I bought it at Seijo Ishii on my way home from work and chilled it overnight before serving.
The aroma is full, and the mouthfeel is slightly sweet and mild. The inside is dry and umami, with a slight tangy taste, but it is also unique. The aftertaste is a little bitter. Cool it well and you can enjoy its freshness and the depth of the sake's traditional sake yeast.

Weekend in Aizuwakamatsu🤗
I woke up this morning and went sightseeing to Tsurugajo Castle.
Then, for a special appointment, we went to the holy place of Aizu, Sota Watanabe Shoten ❗️
We arrived a little earlier than the appointed time.
As I was sobbing, Mr. Muro appeared ❗️
I recognized him immediately😄.
We exchanged greetings and went inside the store.
We had a great sake conversation as we looked at the sake lined up in the fridge ✨.
Mr. Muro, a detailed ❗️ was very modest in his daily reviews 😁.
He taught me a lot about Fukushima sake 😆.
The sake conversation was going on and on, but Mr. Muro had to go home for work.
It was only about 30 minutes but it was a very intense time 🤗.
After seeing Muro-san off, we bought some sake 😤.
I couldn't miss Muro's recommendation ✨.
After returning home, we opened the bottle 🍶.
When I opened the lid, I could smell the Daishichi aroma 😙.
"Mhmm, is it heavy?" But it was a short time before I felt the round flavor in my mouth.
There seems to be no sweetness or sourness 🤔.
It goes down your throat quickly, just like its name 🤔.
It's made more dry and you can feel the purity of the water: ☺️
As Mr. Muro said, it was very light and refreshing, not unlike Daishichi 😙.
Thank you Muro-san for taking time out of your busy schedule to meet with us 🙇♂️
I hope we can talk about sake again 😆.
Hi Hiro, good morning â
It was a short but very enjoyable meeting 😁.
We had a great time talking about sake 🍶 in front of the fridge ✨Next time let's talk over a drink ❣️
Hello, Hiro-san. I see you are enjoying Aizuwakamatsu! It's great to have a friend to talk about sake with 🍶, as you promised Muro 👍I hope to take my time this time too 😊.
Hi Muro 😃
I've learned the pleasure of talking with other drinkers in front of the fridge 😆.
By all means, let's have a drink and talk about alcohol next time 😁.
Hi Hirupeko 😃.
I enjoyed Aizuwakamatsu for 2 days 😁.
Aizu is a great place✨
I thought it would be nice to have a sake brewery to expand my sake drinking circle 😄.
Hi Hiro-san!
I also stayed in Fukushima City on the 9th, moved to Aizu on the 10th, and bought the same sake at this store after seeing Tsurugajo castle! What a coincidence!
I can't stop talking about it when I see the fridge in the basement. I can't stop talking about sake in front of the fridge in the basement!
Good evening, FSB 😃.
What a surprise 😳we are even on the same sightseeing course on the same day ❗️
We might have crossed paths somewhere 😁.
And you're so smart to choose the big seven ✨.
Good evening, Matchy 😃.
The sake talk was so much heat, I might as well have gone into the fridge 😂.
I'll go anywhere for the sake I'm after 💪.
I actually bought some other sake 😁.
Hi Hiro, good evening 🌙
I see you had a special appointment, a sake discussion with Mr. Muro😚.
I'm glad to hear that you shared some heartwarming stories about your sakéwa friends 🥳I'd love to have a drink with you all sometime 😆.
Good morning, Kotaro 😃.
That's right ❗️ that's exactly what we had planned for the special 😄I'm glad you enjoyed it too Kotaro 😊I'd love to have a good time with you and Kotaro talking about booze when you get a chance 😆.
Good morning, Hiro 😃.
I like the Sake no Wa social gathering 🤗 I'm sure Hiro-san, who is very light on his feet, will be able to interact with people all over the country.
I just dropped by "Watanabe Sota Shoten" on a dash 😅I'd like to revisit there!
Good morning, Jay & Nobby 😃.
I'm looking forward to traveling around the country to exchange sakéwa 😁.
I would love to go on a sake trip to different places while also Masamune hunting 😆.
Hello, Hiro 🐦.
You and Mr. Muro are going to a sacred place in Aizu, aren't you? Talking and seeing sake is too much fun 😆👍And the castle too 😻Good trip 😊.
Hi Pon 😃
I enjoyed Aizuwakamatsu to the fullest 😄.
I know I'm focusing a lot on the sake spots, but it was a very satisfying trip for sake lovers 🤩.
I hope to visit other sights next time 😆.
Dainichi's Junmai-Namahashiroshi, which is highly regarded as the definitive version of the "Namahashiroshi" style of sake brewing.
The richness, umami, and acidity blend perfectly with a nice crisp aftertaste. Aged for one year.
The aroma is elegant, with hints of white flowers and white peach compote, mineral notes, and a creamy aroma characteristic of sake yeast, with a hint of iodine from the sea. The taste is mellow and well-balanced, with a pleasant umami and acidity giving it a full body in the aftertaste.
I never knew Daishichi had such a nigori sake, this is one of the best nigori I have ever had. The aroma of rice is clean and the balance of bitterness and acidity is great.
