Dai-Shichi Namaeshige Junmai Hon Nama is freshly pressed and only available for limited shipment at this time of the year. It has a refreshing acidity and a soft sweetness, followed by a firm umami and bitterness. As the temperature rises, a moderate astringency and spiciness appear, making it easy to drink without getting tired of it. The acidity, sweetness, bitterness, astringency, and spiciness are all so delicious that we can't stop drinking 😆. It is a delicious sake that is fresh and smooth to drink, but also has a powerful flavor 🥰.

It's cold today and I've been wanting to drink heated sake for a while. I found a bottle at a nearby liquor store. The owner recommended it. I immediately warmed up the sake at home and drank it. It's delicious. It has a nice sourness to it. I think I'm going to be addicted to it this winter.

A drink I've never seen before in a lounge while waiting for a flight to Bangkok. It was, well, very smooth, mellow, and had a lingering sweetness to it. It was delicious, but the accompaniment was nuts, an unconvincing combination. I checked and it seems to go well with crab, salmon roe, and cheese. If you see it, please give it a try.
