This is the first of two bottles purchased on recommendation at a nearby department store. Although it is a junmai ginjo, it has a light, sweet, dry mouthfeel with a mellow aftertaste. Elegant taste. Delicious.

Delicious! The sake is made using the traditional sake yeast, and has the calmness of old sake, but is still fruity and refreshing. I don't usually drink old sake, but I was surprised at how good it tasted.
