This is for the national sake competition this year. It's so nice and less acidic. This brand uses No.7 yeast, so it can remind you of Masumi, 真澄. This is different from other Takacho and Kazenomori series. I can feel the brewery's desire for winning this competition from this sake.

I guess it's like a noble sake. ‼️ Softly sweet with a tingling aftertaste on the tongue✨ It's easy to drink among Bodaiyuan 🍶.

The last was Takacho, a sake from the same brewery as Kaze no Mori. I was curious to see what it would taste like, but it was so delicious with a rich, exquisitely balanced sweet and sour taste and a full-bodied flavor. 🙆‍♂️ I heard that the brewer of Kaze no Mori says he prefers Takacho to Kaze no Mori, and I thought I might prefer Takacho to Kaze no Mori.

I saw the sake degree -32 and put it down once but tried it. It was a sake with 17% alcohol and I felt the richness of the sake. It went well with meat rolls and gochujang.

First time drinking Takacho The same Bodaiyuan as Kaze no Mori, but this one is not temperature-controlled. It has a thick sweet taste, just as it was made in the Muromachi period (1336-1573), It is very easy to drink due to its dryness and lactic acidity with a sake level of -32 and an alcohol content of 17 degrees. Similar to Tsuchida. Personal preference 75/100 Appearance. [Tint]. After climbing Mt. Yamato Katsuragi, the famous sake from Gosho City, Nara Prefecture, at the Kogen Lodge. Even though it was late March when we climbed the mountain, the summit was covered in a blizzard of extremely cold and strong winds 😆😆 This was a first for a mountain that I have climbed many times in this season😆After a soothing drink in the bath at the summit lodge. This is the original brand of "Kaze no Mori" brewed by Aburacho Shuzo. It is not the Bodai yeast sake that has been making a comeback in recent years, but a real simple fire-brewed Junmai sake. The entrance is modest, but the aroma of thick acidity mixed with a little maturing aroma and the deliciousness of rice. In the mouth, the thick acidity is supported by the umami of the rice, which swells up and finishes gently. Delicious! A classic mellow, simple junmai sake. A safe taste. Very tasty 🍶I love this kind of sake ✨. By the way, Higashikawa Sake Shop, a sacred place in Gosho City, which was as much fun as climbing the mountain, was closed on Wednesday 😆😆 I'm glad I had a drink at the top of the mountain!

Good evening, Matsuchiyo-san. Well, even in Kansai, it is not something you can buy at supermarkets, but mainly in the local area. I have the impression that Takanaga of Bodhi Hashimoto is spreading.

Earlier this year, I visited Shorakuji Temple in Nara and met the members of Sake-no-wa at the Bodai Hashiroshi Hashimoto Festival, which got me more into sake 😇. At the Bodai Hashiwashi Festival, I bought these 3 bottles 😀. I walked down the mountain carrying the sake I bought at Shoreki-ji Temple, and when I almost fell down due to being knocked off my feet, my wife kindly told me to fall down in front of her, not behind her, and I managed to reach the station at the foot of the mountain without breaking any bottles 😇. I bought 3 bottles that I tasted at Shoreki-ji that I thought were delicious... Takacho-san, Sanomorosugi-san and Yatagarasu-san, but today I chose Takacho-san among them 😀. Takacho-san is a sake brewed by Yucho-san, who is famous for Kaze no Mori (Wind Forest) 😀. It looks dark yellow and gives the image of old mature sake, but when I put it in my mouth, it had a thick and rich atmosphere, but it was a very sweet and tasty sake that lingered in my mouth but did not have a bad taste 😀 It is a very high quality sake. It was a very high level sake and as expected 🤣. It was delicious! ❤️

Hi Yasbaye 🐦. I've only tasted it, but it's a taste I'd like to drink slowly at home 😊I love the austere look of the drinks you bought and the ones you're comparing ✨.

Hi Pon 😀 My favorite line as a taste is still light and fruity sake, but these three are special because I met them at the first sake event I visited😇. But I'd like to broaden my taste palate 🤣.

Hi Jay & Nobby 😀 The most fun time is when we are thinking about the sake to compare 😇. We are planning to start our spring sake comparison in mid-April 🌸 although our fridge is still full and we are not ready for spring sake yet.
