Sake purchased at the traveling SAKE at Hankyu Department Store.
It's been a while since I've had Yuto.
According to information on the Internet, it is a test brew and there are only a few bottles left. It is sweet and thick, but not spectacular. Not too fizzy?
It seems that a famous master brewer brewed sake for one year, but moved to a new brewery and the master brewer is now the master brewer.

The last of "Traveling SAKE" was also Tochigi sake🍶.
It looks like it used to be "Yudo Masamune" and then became "Yudo Masamune".

This sake uses strong rice, which is rare in Tochigi.
In my opinion, I prefer Omachi over strong rice because Omachi is not so spicy.

At Hankyu Department Store's Traveling SAKE. This time, Tochigi sake is featured.
The one in the center of the photo.
It is a lightly nigori (light nigori) sake from Gohyakumangoku. The Omachi on the left was also refreshing, but I think this one is a little drier. It is not too sweet and easy to drink. It has a strong silky feel.
All three were in the dining-at-home type of atmosphere.
I bought the left Omachi light nigori.
I forgot to try the pink nigori 😭.
Tochigi has a lot of breweries that use peach yeast.
I thought it was only in Kansai that I could buy Yuto.

The rice is Gohyakumangoku. The description says it is dry, but it does not feel as dry as it says, and it has a nice sharpness. It seems to be good with food.

This is the second bottle I've had this season 😄and I've had it at some point in my life😁.
It's sweet and sour and low in alcohol, so it's easy to drink. Still s class in terms of difficulty in opening the bottle😅I blew out half of it this time too😅.

Sweet and sour cute taste😄Tap lees, rich and comfortable to drink and looks good😄.
But there is a drawback. Can anyone open this one successfully?
Even after resting for 2 days, just opening the lid cover 2-3mm blows the lid off😅.
It was the same before😅.
About a third of the contents will also blow out😅.
I would be happy if the brewer would improve the lid by putting a ventilation hole on it or something.

Here's a bottle for tonight!
My wife and I stopped by a local liquor store and got this bottle because of its beautiful pink color and low alcohol content (10 degrees).
I wanted to open the bottle immediately...but I couldn't open it at all because it had already blown out too much lol I've seen countless warnings to be careful of opening the bottle or blowing out the bottle, but I've never had such a hard time opening one lol I spent more than 30 minutes on it, but I couldn't do it anymore.... Impossible! I put a plate underneath and opened the bottle while spilling... Yes, it splashed in all directions (explosion)... The aroma itself is quite acidic! Then, I took a sip... There is not much sweetness, and the acidity is very strong. It's not bad, but it would be great if it had a little more sweetness.
