I like this one a lot! Juicy and tender.
The water here seems to be hard water.
The flavor of the rice is so good. The flavor of the rice is booming, but it is counteracted by a nice bitterness.
The aroma is rather mild.
It is made in a small sake brewery in Tochigi Prefecture.
The color is beautiful, with a greenish hue. It also has a nice melon-like aroma. The flavor of the rice can be felt from the tart mouthfeel.
On my way home from golf, I stopped by a liquor store farther away than usual and found Yuto (my classmate's brewery), so I bought it without hesitation.
It has a sticker that says it may spurt, but it wasn't that bad. However, when I opened the bottle, bubbles popping and popping rose up vigorously.
The aroma was mild, and the taste was bitter with a hint of acidity, like a bitter nigori.
First time drinking alcohol in 2022.
It is a pink sour sake.
It's a pink, swooshy sake that will decorate the New Year.
It took me a while to open the bottle.
The aroma is peach🍑?
The taste is strawberry 🍓 in a strange harmony.
I enjoyed it with Osechi and Sashimi.
I enjoyed it.
We enjoyed it on New Year's Day.
Thank you very much for the food.
I'm looking forward to meeting more good sake and people this year!
I'm looking forward to more good sake and people encounters this year!
I like the unique sake here a lot. Like the polished 90.
I could drink it in the shop, but it was sold out before I could get it... I got a relatively orthodox one.
First of all, only the supernatant.
The aroma is slight. It has a sweetness similar to Murasuke Tokiwa, which I drank before.
When you drink it, there is a sharp entry and refined rice sweetness. The pull is quick and the aftertaste is short.
Next, it is mixed with lees.
The aroma has changed to that of rice.
The first thing that surprises you when you drink it is that the fizziness appears strongly. It has a sweetness, but it becomes dry and is more dry than before.
The rice grains in the nigori are large (laughs) and assertive enough to be chewed while drinking.
If it is origari, it is very assertive. I felt it was better to drink it chilled and quickly.

It is a genuine Tochigi sake made from 100% Yumesasara, a rice produced in Tochigi Prefecture, and plenty of Tochigi prefecture yeast T-S. It is an excellent product with a lot of variety. It is refreshing and fruity (banana), but you can also taste the solidity of traditional sake. The fermentation of the raw sake is also very good.
Speaking of Oyama City in Tochigi Prefecture, there are a number of sake breweries represented by Hououmita (Kobayashi Shuzo). It would be great if we could do a stamp rally. Yuto" of Sugita Shuzo is also one of the most famous sake in Oyama, and Sugita Gembaku would have loved it if he were still alive.
By the way, when I went to NEW DAYS convenience store in Oyama station, I found a shocking rice ball made of nori-ben, so I drank it as a snack. It's a mysterious onigiri that's heading for the next era of Reiwa... The president of my business partner strictly instructs me to eat onigiri with both hands, but this giant onigiri inevitably requires both hands to eat!
I'm curious about Yuto, so I'll try it next time I have a chance. Tochigi really has a lot of good sake. It's a good idea to create a new corner🤔Well, where did the idea of holding a nori-ben come from? Eating with both hands is a trend.
Purchased in May 2021
Fluffy, no, no.
It's a light nigori with a spicy kick that cuts right through.
It has a long bitter aftertaste and is perfect with darkly seasoned meats and fish😋.
