I was disappointed that the gold leaf was not so good.
I asked him if he would like to drink more.
I opened my mouth.
A small, loud "pop" sound.
A large ooze floated in the air.
It's like a soda.
Melon? But there is a banana-like tropical aroma a little later.
It's a lot lighter than it looks. It tastes fresh and delicious.
It's fun to compare it with "Tourikishi Nigori".
Will you ask for hoya again? I'll ask for it when I come back.
(The sake in the picture is Take-no-en, which I didn't like at all.)
Long time no see Yudo, it's arabashiri that has been stored in ice for several years 😁.
It's not rough at all, it's matured, gassy, fresh and strange sensation 😆.
It's just delicious and I drank it at a very fast pace 😅.
Omachi
This is the first time I have heard of this brewery! It has the flavor of Omachi, but is quite refreshing and easy to drink. Many people seem to be addicted to it when the acidity and sweetness come on top.
This is the first brand I've ever had, and it's damn good!
Fruity aroma like early picked apples.
The mouthfeel is a perfect balance of slight effervescence and a thick texture.
It has a silky, nigori (cloudy) taste and a deep umami flavor that comes from the back of the mouth.
The aftertaste is crisp and dry, with a pleasantly tangy bitterness.
This is an excellent bottle that is very well-balanced and easy to drink with plenty of umami.
Quite good!
I like this one a lot! Juicy and tender.
The water here seems to be hard water.
The flavor of the rice is so good. The flavor of the rice is booming, but it is counteracted by a nice bitterness.
The aroma is rather mild.
It is made in a small sake brewery in Tochigi Prefecture.
The color is beautiful, with a greenish hue. It also has a nice melon-like aroma. The flavor of the rice can be felt from the tart mouthfeel.
