The proprietor is a sommelier of sake.
The owner is a sake sommelier and the restaurant is run by a couple from Chiba, and they held a farewell party at a nice restaurant with a great atmosphere. I was very impressed.
We compared the same brand of Omachi and Aizan 🎵.
First up was the Omachi.
The aroma is refreshing.
The sweetness is refreshing, and the aftertaste is soooo sweet.
