It was a new discovery for me.
Yuto" Omachi is a deeply good sake that goes well with meals.
Although the alcohol content is high at 17%, the drink does not feel heavy and the rice has a delicious flavor.
As indicated by the slightly dry description, it is a sake with good sharpness, which makes it delicious with meals. It is suitable for Japanese cuisine, home cooking, and fried food such as tempura.
