Have you all entered GW? I am starting tomorrow. Well, the father of the liquor store recommended this Yuto. It is a spring sake, but the label is not pink or something spring-like, but for some reason, it has a full moon. My own guess is that it comes from the haiku term "Haru-Manzuki," which means "full moon in spring. But it still looks like a hiyaoroshi. Lactic acidity from the top-tasting aroma. The mouthfeel is silky and light sweetness from the tangy gasiness, and the umami is jiggly. The aftertaste is full of lactic acidity, and the closing acidity and bitterness are robust. I thought it was a bit of a rush at the back of my throat, but it was only 17%. It is light, so you don't feel it too much, but it is quite heavy. If you don't think about the order in which you drink it, it might wipe out the taste of the next sake. Thank you very much for the drink!

Tasted at the traveling SAKE in Hankyu Department Store. The one on the right side of the photo. The rice is Gohyakumangoku. The description says it is dry, but it does not feel as dry as it says, and it has a nice sharpness. It seems to be good with food.

Yesterday, on the way there, I was called by an acquaintance and got too drunk to remember to raise it. The aroma is light and calm. When you take a sip, it has a vinegar-like acidity, and then a strong grain-like rice flavor, rich and delicious! The sweetness is moderate, and the spiciness is crisp and dry. Very limited. The aroma is concentrated yet gentle. When you drink it, you will feel the heat like a brandy, and then you will taste the rich rice flavor! Beautifully grained with sourness and bitterness. Milky rice flavor with a hint of green. When the glass is warmed by hand, the aroma is even more mellow. It is clearly delicious! We took it as if we were licking it. 5/5 for my favorite!

The brand name at the time of its establishment was "Yudo Masamune," but it was renamed "Yudo Masamune" when it was honored as a "hero" of the Kanto region by the head of the tax office at the time for winning eight consecutive excellence awards at a competition. ☀️ Oyama Sake Brewery Festival🍶. I was hungry so I bought some takoyaki🐙😋. If I'm going to have takoyaki, I'm going to have a massive one 🍶 on the level of Kata no Sakura🌸.... So I got a Yuto 😁. A perfect mix of Yuto-sensei's gravity and Yumachi's (likely) thickness 🔀. It boosts the sauce and mayonnaise as well as the takoyaki🐙. As I was relaxing while eating the takoyaki🐙 with a hunk of takoyaki, I had a new mission: ⚠️ And so much for the Oyama Sake Brewery Festival: ❗️ In J&N's world line, we've already had a toast, but that's how it goes🤗.

Came back to my SIL’s house (栃木県出身) for some sake with snacks. This is so much better! Yuto is delicious for sipping and also great with salty senbei or fresh strawberries 🍓 Sugita Shuzo is her “neighborhood Kura”, I hope she gets more the next time she goes to Tochigi.
