This is the first time I drink Yamama at home.
Since it was so special, I had it in a glass for ginjo.
It has a gorgeous sweet aroma, but when you put it in your mouth, the sweetness is more subdued and elegant than you might expect.
The mild sweetness is accompanied by a slight bitterness, and the wine has a good sharpness, making it a perfect match for meals.
I would like to pair it with Japanese food that makes the most of the flavors of the ingredients, which is a special feature of this time of year.
