Additive-free yeast Nigori
White Frogger Junmai-shu
As the name "KANGAERU" suggests, this sake really comes into its own when heated. It is a dark nigori sake, full of the flavor of rice, yet dry and with a refreshing acidity that keeps you from getting tired of drinking it.
I think it can be served with oily foods with strong flavors, such as Chinese food.
Personally, for some reason, I wanted to pair it with yakisoba noodles with sauce.
