Souvenirs from Hiroshima trip🚅🍁⛩️ 3/4
I went to Hiroshima for the first time in my life on a company trip from 1/13 to 1/14 this year.
I went to Hiroshima for the first time in my life.
Itsukushima Shrine is a classic,
Atomic Bomb Dome & Peace Memorial Museum,
Atomic Bomb Dome & Peace Memorial Museum, Yamato Museum, etc.
I basically went on my own,
Of course, I included a visit to a local liquor store in my itinerary.
I planned to include a visit to a local liquor store in my itinerary.
There I bought some local sake that I could not find in Nagoya.
I bought some local sake that you can't find in Nagoya.
It was a lot of fun 👍.
In the morning of the second day, we visited the A-bomb Dome & the
On the way back from the A-bomb Dome & Peace Memorial Museum
I walked to the liquor store where I wanted to go.
Looking around the store for Hiroshima sake
I was looking for a bottle of Hiroshima sake when I saw a sign that said
I see a pop-up sign that reads
pop up in the store 👀.
What a surprise, I found Takasago 😳.
This is a local brand of Jikin by Kiyamasa Shuzo
It's a local brand from the Kiyamasa Sake Brewery of Jikkoman.
The price tag is a good price.
I was worried about it and decided to buy it instead of Hiroshima sake.
It is from Mie Prefecture, a neighbor of my hometown Aichi Prefecture, but I bought it because I thought I would never have such an opportunity.
I bought it thinking that I would never have such an opportunity.
When I poured it into a glass, it had a beautiful clear color.
When you drink it, it tastes really great 😋.
Perfect for both Japanese and Western cuisine.
My wife also enjoyed drinking it.
(After hearing the price,
(After hearing the price, it seemed to spur her on... 🤣)
I bought a good souvenir🙆.
Purchase price ¥3300(720ml)
Sake Sho Yamada Hatchobori Store
Yamadanishiki Polishing ratio 45
15.5% alcohol by volume
The aroma is watery and the sweetness is tamed.
It has a refreshing sharpness, so it is not cloying and can be drunk all the time.
It is a sake that can be drunk all the time. It is an excellent sake brewery.
-Kiyamasa Shuzo
This is a great product made by the Kiyamasa Shuzo brewery of Jikin.
A friend from Mie gave it to me as a gift.
It is fruity like grapefruit,
The taste is fruity like grapefruit, with umami and bitterness,
The total taste is indescribable.
It is truly an exquisite wine!
I want to drink it again somewhere.
On New Year's Eve, the second bottle was Takasago, which my daughter chose from a stock of about 10 bottles when she returned home. I asked her if she knew this sake 🍶.
When I asked her if she knew this sake, she easily answered that it was from the same brewery as Jikin. She is indeed a drinker.
This sake has been in the refrigerator for a year. But it still has a fresh, fresh, fruity taste. It tastes fresh and fruity. It is delicious. 😋😋😋😋😋
Ultra slightly carbonated, with a grapefruit-like aroma and bitterness that flows smoothly into the aftertaste.
The aroma is not as strong as that of Yuma. Elegant finish.
Another brand of Kiyamasa Shuzo.
It is easy to obtain, but it tends to be avoided because of its high price and the fact that it is often sold in combination with Jikin.
720 mL ¥ 3,300
Takasago, which is considerably less difficult to obtain than Jishin.
The backbone seems to be the same, but the branches and leaves are quite different.
The ginjo aroma is weak, and the acidity and aftertaste are strong.
It reminds me of gari (pickled ginger).
Therefore, if you are going to drink it at a sushi restaurant, this is the one you should choose.
4.0★★★★☆
This is another brand of the Jikin brewery. It has the same sweetness as Jikin, but I have the impression that the alcohol taste lingers in the latter half of the bottle, rather than the smoothness of Jikin. The difference between the highs and lows of the sweetness and the alcohol taste is a bit of a shock, so personally, it was tasty, but maybe not my favorite.
