The third bottle is a regular sake from Takasago, a locally distributed brand of Jikin.
It is a sake that you should get because you have come all the way to Iga.
I wanted to get this sake.
I drank it lazily, so my impression is more relaxed than usual😅.
First, at room temperature.
It has a crystalline color,
The top aroma is a mild citrus aroma with freshness.
The light mouthfeel is followed by a gentle citrus sweet and sour umami flavor.
Takasago is fruity and has a good drinking quality.
It is said that it used to be thinner and not as good.

It's a temperature range that enhances the juiciness while retaining its freshness.
Raise the temperature a little more and go for the full-on warming.

You know, this is another brand from the same brewery as Jikin,
I couldn't help but to touch it because it was on sale 🐙.
The aroma is gentle and has a very faint scent of cucumber. In the mouth, it has a light acidity with a hint of gaseousness and a clear rice flavor without any cloying taste. The dryness of the sake's yeast yeast is present in the aftertaste, and the sake is easy to drink with a good sharpness.
Pairing with white fish is also a good idea 😊.
It is another brand of Kiyamasa Shuzo, the brewer of Jikin, and although I knew the name, this is the first time I have actually been able to get a bottle of it!
I have the impression that it is much rarer than Jikin, which is actually very well known in bars and restaurants.
When it was corked, it sounded a little gassy, but in reality, it was almost imperceptible.
The aroma is relatively mild, with a modest ginjo aroma like white grapes.
The aroma in the mouth is fruity and easy to drink, yet it is a sake that leaves a strong umami impression rather than sweetness.

Takasago 🍶 which I took the plunge and brought along, is quite expensive, so I opened the bottle on a perfectly ordinary weekend with high expectations. ☺️ It is another brand of Jikin-sama and is said to be aimed at a food sake 🤤.
When the bottle is opened, it makes a nice sound 💨The top aroma is fresh and pear-like but mild🍐The sweetness gradually spreads in the mouth along with the fresh umami 😋As you are thinking, the umami spreads smoothly while the firm acidity and slight bitterness are nice accents to keep the overall balance 💕Jikkoman It has the same unique flavor as Jigokin-sama, and the sip is very satisfying 🥰I will have to take you back to Jigokin's other brand ❣️ if I see it again 💕💕.
