Smells like lemon. Slightly carbonated, fruity rice flavor, sweet and sour, like drinking from Masu, bitter and sour aftertaste. The lid is orange. Day 2. Relaxed and drinkable without any sugar. Just right sake.

(ますますます +. We had Takasago from Kiyamasa Shuzo 😀. It was completely different from Jikan. I'm not sure if I'd drink it with refrigeration, or if the aroma would be milder. No? I'm not sure if it's too acidic or not when I drink it 🤔. I didn't like it, so I heated it up and it turned into a different kind of sake. I found the heated Takasago to be delicious 😀. Today I had lunch in the park and played with an old man's dog that I don't know 🐶. We continue to drink sake purchased at a liquor store in Oimachi. This one seems to be another brand of sake made by the same brewery that makes Jikin. It is a little expensive, but I bought it because it is rare. The aroma is fruity sweet and sour like lychee. On the palate, it has a nice berry-like sweet and sour taste with a delicious spiciness in the latter half. I can't compare it with other Jikin because I haven't drunk much Jikin to begin with, but it seems to have a complex flavor. The aroma is good. It was a little difficult to find the best match for pairing, but it is a distinctive and memorable sake 🍶Tasty✨.

My colleague is transferring to another company. On the day of his transfer, he was going to have a farewell party at a sake-related party, and he invited me to show up if I wanted! It was an excellent sake! We had been drinking a lot, so my memory of the taste is a little fuzzy! Fresh fruit aroma. Mild mouthfeel with acidity and slightly strong bitterness. The sweetness is moderate. It is not very modern but has a delicious flavor and is surprisingly easy to drink. It seems to go well with grilled fish.

This is my first experience with it and it is too good. When you open the bottle and put your nose close to the mouth, you can smell a slight apple aroma and strong lactic acidity. As it warms up in the mouth, the elegant sweetness is very smooth. The rice polishing ratio is 45%, as expected, and it has a good impression without any cloying taste. The bitter taste and acidity at the end give it a nice finish.

This sake is made by Kiyamasa Shuzo, well known for Jikin 🍶. Compared to Jikin, it has less sweetness and clearer taste, and more acidity 😋. It was as good as Jikin ^_^. The price was a little high💸.
