Taste Delicious
I was honestly surprised that I had not found a sake that I liked at Haneya until now.
It's not good not to drink it.
Sweetness and umami are just a hint.
Very beautiful.
Sake like melted snow.

This brewery located in Takaoka, Toyama is very small and hardly sells their brands to other prefectures. Therefore, I had a very rare opportunity to drink this. it's fruity and a little bit acidic like yogurt but doesn't make you feel annoying. According to the owner at the bar, this hiragana version is very rare.
I love it.
Toyama Sake 🍶.
It is neither sweet nor dry.
It's not sweet and not dry, but it's a refreshing drink, and you can't stop drinking it with firefly squid 😋.

It has a fresh, rummy aroma. The mouthfeel is fresh and piquant, but gradually sweetness and bitterness show up and balance out the taste. The short aftertaste complements food well. We have the impression that Toyama sake goes well with food.

The aroma of beautiful rice is well pronounced. The finish is sharp and tangy. It is a dry sake that is just right as a food sake.
Drink it and cheer for Hokuriku. Dry, with mild acidity and a smooth cut.

A gift of Gen no Taki
At first sip, I thought the flavor was old-fashioned, but it was indeed a Junmai Daiginjo. It has a robust flavor with no cloying taste. I wonder if it has any aroma.
This sake is made by the Tamaokyu Sake Brewery in Yatsuo-machi, Toyama City. It has a fresh, slightly dry taste typical of nama-shu, with just the right amount of umami, making it an easy-drinking sake.

TAMAYU Limited Daiginjo Kurobe Dam Storage
This is a one-year dam storage.
I went out with a friend of mine from Kansai Electric Power Company, and he told me that he had witnessed the loading and unloading of stored sake from the Kurobe Dam several times, and that he knew almost all the wholesalers on the sales side. I heard that it is very hard work to put a considerable amount of sake into storage.
It was a precious sake.
#Shinagawa Konan-guchi#
Here's the last one.
Maybe it's because I'm drunk - I can drink it like water 😆.
It's a smooth and silky smooth sake 😁.
I guess it's like light and dry 🤔.
Very soft sake.
Mild on the palate.
After that, it becomes dry.
It is an interesting sake with a softness that I have never had before.

I bought it because I was attracted by the kitty label, and I was lucky to find a soft and sweet sake 😸✌️
I heard that this sake is only available at a limited number of liquor stores, so it's very rare!
I bought it at a liquor store on my way back from a tour of the Wakatsuru Whiskey factory!
