I had received this bottle a long time ago and was too lazy to drink it. It has a light but delicious flavor and goes well with both fish and vegetables.

Home drinking.
The brewer was tasting and selling at the storefront.
They brew rice from Niseko Town in Niigata and sell it in Hokkaido. This time, he brought about 30 bottles to Tokyo for tasting and selling.
100% Comet from Niseko Town, Hokkaido
The color is clear.
The aroma has a distinct floral sweetness.
The mouthfeel is soft.
Soft sweetness in the mouth. The sweetness is a refreshing melon-like sweetness. Behind the sweetness, the umami of the rice can also be felt.
It disappears as if it were melting.
I had the impression that Hakkaisan was more stoic and strict, but I thought it was completely different.
You have to try different breweries to get the same one 😆.
Sweet and sour, the salmon disappears from the plate in seconds.
Gratin goes really well with cheese.

It's a pink Abe now that I have a line of Abe's in the fridge.
The aroma is sweet and refreshing? It smells different from the yellow one I got before. I thought there was a pineapple-like flavor in it, and when I looked at it, I found that it is the only caproon type in the Abe series.
The top layer is a bit sour, but then the rich sweetness comes in. Finally, the acidity kicks in again at the end.
When mixed, it becomes a little more bitter and a little drier. But what passes through the nose is sweet rice, delicious.
After a few days, the pineapple aroma subsides a bit. The aroma is soft and sweet like rice. A little bitter at the end. The sizzle is just right, and it's low in alcohol, so I drank more and more.

A gift. I worked very hard to prepare today's snacks for this.
The aroma is refreshing, but when you drink it, it's amazing! It is a delicious sake with a nice aroma and flavor! It is soft, but has a deep flavor and is just delicious,

A gift from a friend. Famous Kubota. Not too sweet and has a calm taste. The kind you can drink every day.
The second cup. Shigebari Jungin, dry but easy to drink and Swiss. It goes well with sushi. My son came home from prep school and joined us. I had another glass of Kutouryuu and left for home. It's going to be tough at work tomorrow.

It's been a long time since I've had a close-up, it's like water. Oh no.
It flows with apricot-like sweetness, acidity and minerality.
The acidity, which is typical of Murayu, is a personal favorite.
The sweetness is stronger this time, but what a good balance with the citrus acidity.

The sake rice is undisclosed, the rice polishing ratio is also undisclosed, and the yeast is undisclosed.
Amazing ❗️ this unknown feeling ‼️🤔
It was served well chilled.
I can smell a faint sweet aroma as I approach the glass ✨.
When you drink it, the ginjo aroma is right on and the sweetness is the first thing that comes to you in this sake. It is not just a sweet sake, the balance of rice flavor and acidity can also be felt early on and the balance is very good 😆.
As you continue to drink, this sweetness is also felt as a trompe l'oeil.
Sake with sweetness and umami goes well with horse mackerel sashimi 🤤.
Kanji no Takachiyo is said to be a product limited to Niigata Prefecture. It is a little tangy and dry with a smooth aftertaste. It is a sake like water.

Gassy, fruity, with a bit of bitterness at the end.
Really at this price? I'm not sure.

To be honest, I was surprised! It is my favorite slightly carbonated, fruity and refreshing sake with a clean aftertaste. And if you look closely, it is a Junmai Daiginjo, 14 degrees lighter. It is close to the trendy Sansho and Kaze no Mori (^^)
I recommend this bottle.
