雅Today, I️ bought a bottle of Kozaemon hiyaoroshi the other day.
I remember that the last time I bought it, I thought the "bad rabbit" was delicious, so I thought if the owner recommended it, I had to try it...
I️ opened the bottle.
The aroma is fruity and has a strong ginjo aroma.
The taste is like apples 🍎.
It's so fresh and tasty that it's hard to believe it's an autumn sake 🤗.
The bitterness of the aftertaste is moderate so it's easy to drink👍
