I remember that the owner told me "It's a sake that won't be defeated by strongly seasoned food! It's true that it has a strong acidity, but It has a good sharpness as it claims to be dry 😆. I don't like too much acidity in sake, but I thought this was delicious. I am not a fan of too much acidity in sake, but I thought this was delicious. The acidity cuts through the strong flavors of the food. It is certainly the best sake to reset the palate. It may be the best sake to reset your palate. I had tempura for dinner tonight.
