🥂 It was an active nigori sake but it was easy to open 😅⤵⤵. It didn't even make a pshhhh sound 😮💨. It had a little bit of gas but a lot of it was gone... Very disappointing... 😓. It was bottled in July, but it's a problem before the taste 🤔.

Junmai Ginjo Sake ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Polishing ratio 55%, ALC 15%, Sake degree +2.5 This sake was sold at room temperature, so we first warmed it up to lukewarm. The sake was warmed up, so it became mellower, but the dry taste was still there. Compared to the Yamori (special junmai sake) that we bought and drank together, it felt a bit lighter. I plan to have it cold tomorrow. (๑˃˃˃) I have included an image of the fireworks display at the mouth of the Sagami River in Hiratsuka on 8/26/2022. Unadjusted Junmai 100% Hachitan-Nishiki from Hiroshima Prefecture ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Polishing ratio 55%, ALC 16 I had it warmed up to hot. I thought it was a full-bodied, robust sake with a mellow flavor. Tomorrow, I plan to try it chilled and drink it cold. When served chilled, I thought it had a full aroma and a slightly sweet to slightly dry taste. As I started drinking it, I suddenly had a question... What is the difference between "unadjusted junmai" and "junmai nama sake"? There are also sakes labeled "unadjusted raw sake"...(^◇^;)💦. I can't find it on a web search. Junmai Ginjo-shu 100% Hitanishiki produced in Ibaraki Nama yeast, 58% polished rice ratio, 15% ALC It tingles strongly on the tongue, but the taste is different from that of carbonation. It is a delicious sake, although the ginjo aroma is not apparent. The meaning of the label [Hitanishiki 10 Marufuku Moyashi] is a mystery. (^◇^;)💦 20220606Chigasaki Kagisan purchased

Hot and refreshing Junmai Ginjo-shu, 100% Koshinoshizuku ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Polishing ratio 58%, ALC 16%. It comes in a transparent bottle, which can be seen in the picture. It is a slightly amber colored sake. Room temperature: bought and tasted (^◇^;) It is a crisp and slightly dry sake with a hint of ginjo aroma. Cold sake: Taste it after chilling it. The moment you put it in your mouth, you can feel how dry it is. Warmed: Taste it with Kansuke Mini Takumi. 40℃ (lukewarm) to 45℃ (top warming): The corners are removed and the sake becomes mellow. 50°C (hot) to 55°C (jumpy warming), I feel the goodness of the ginjo-shu has disappeared. Mansaku no Hana Tourmaline 70 Kame-no-o ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Junmai Once-fired sake 100% Kame-no-o from Akita, Polishing ratio 70%, ALC 16 The rice used for this sake changes depending on the month of shipment. 2022.03 is Kame-no-o. I warmed it up and tasted it. The acidity, umami, and slightly spicy flavor seemed to stand out. For snacks, I boiled the first bamboo shoots sent from my wife's parents' house yesterday, selected the tips and boiled them in soup stock, then made tempura and served them with Mishima salt. The bamboo shoots are sweet and sake goes well with them. We also had it at room temperature. Slightly dry sake with a hint of aroma and acidity. 20220419 Chigasaki Kagisan

Kamerei Mannen 100% Yamadanishiki Junmai Ginjo-shu Unfiltered Nama-narashu (?) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Polishing ratio 60%, ALC 17 Yeast: Home cultivation Temperature in the storehouse: -3℃. Chigasaki Kagisan Sake Shop: 20220124 Purchase The store's introduction label said "Unfiltered Nama Sake", but the label on the back of the bottle said "Requires refrigeration". I searched online and found that it was labeled "Unfiltered Nama Sake". It was not placed in a refrigerator, but on a regular display. We later asked the store owner about it, and it seems that it was a mistake based on the assumption that it was a similar brand and type of sake.

Freshly pressed Nama Sake Winter ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 100% Gohyakumangoku, 65% polished rice, 18% ALC I guess it is equivalent to a honjozo sake from the rice polishing ratio. I was attracted by the fresh aroma of this sake, so I bought it, but it seems that my constitution is not suitable for honjozo sake, and it affected me the next day after less than two batches.
