Junmai Ginjo-shu 100% Hitanishiki produced in Ibaraki
Nama yeast, 58% polished rice ratio, 15% ALC
It tingles strongly on the tongue, but the taste is different from that of carbonation. It is a delicious sake, although the ginjo aroma is not apparent.
The meaning of the label [Hitanishiki 10 Marufuku Moyashi] is a mystery.
