100% Gohyakumangoku, 65% polished rice, 18% ALC
I guess it is equivalent to a honjozo sake from the rice polishing ratio.
I was attracted by the fresh aroma of this sake, so I bought it, but it seems that my constitution is not suitable for honjozo sake, and it affected me the next day after less than two batches.
