I had it warmed up to hot. I thought it was a full-bodied, robust sake with a mellow flavor.
Tomorrow, I plan to try it chilled and drink it cold.
When served chilled, I thought it had a full aroma and a slightly sweet to slightly dry taste.
As I started drinking it, I suddenly had a question...
What is the difference between "unadjusted junmai" and "junmai nama sake"?
There are also sakes labeled "unadjusted raw sake"...(^◇^;)💦.
I can't find it on a web search.
