Chiba sake first landed Sweet aroma, I thought this is a glass of wine, and I tasted it in a beer glass like a wine glass. When I drank it, it was sweet. It is like a pineapple. It reminded me of Kameizumi, which I had drunk before. I paired it with kampachi, which I bought at a special sale in the evening, but it might be better to taste it as it is without anything. It might be better to taste it as it is without anything.

Special Junmai Genmai Aki-agari ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 100% FUKUNOHANA, 60% polished rice, 16% ALC This is my first time to drink FUKU-NO-HANA sake rice. Junmai Ginjoshu Hiyamoroshi ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Miyamanishiki 100%, AK-1 yeast, 50% polished rice, 16% ALC The ginjo aroma is subdued. Slightly dry and sharp, but I felt a strange peculiarity in the aftertaste. Could it be due to the yeast rather than Miyamanishiki? Chigasaki Kagisan: 20211018

Fukuro-hari Junmai Daiginjyo Nama Sake Summer ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 100% Koshinoshizuku, 45% polished rice, al17 The aroma in the mouth and on the nose is pineapple 😅.
